Know before you book
- Not recommended for travellers with spinal injuries

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- Minimum age is 16 years to operate the quad bike with a valid driving licence and parent present
- Riders under 18 years must have a parent or guardian present
- All participants are required to sign a damage waiver.
- Safety gear provided & a Safety and Operations Orientation provided before tour begins.
- Credit Card must be called into the suppler before tour begins for any incidentals that happen on tour. Credit Card holder is responsible for all incidents/damages and credit card will be charged to cover the damages.
- The minimum 2 Seater RZR damages charge is USD $600.00 for a tire/rim damages; a minimum USD $3500.00 if rolled or tipped on side.
- The minimum quad bike damages charge is USD $300 should a quad bike be rolled or tipped on its side or tire damage, regardless of whether any damage is visible.
- No Crocs, Yeezy’s, high heels, slip-on shoes, flip flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes! You MUST have completely closed-toe shoes to ride or drive for your safety! If you show up without wearing closed-toe shoes, you will not be able to ride. Trainers, boots, or closed-toed shoes only
- We recommend no shorts due to the desert terrain and cacti. You are in the desert and need to be aware that rattlesnakes, cacti, and other wildlife may be present. We do our best to keep you safe, but you are still in the desert, so please dress accordingly.
