Your local guide, Matt, will lead a gentle, meandering walk around Glastonbury's countryside, taking in spectacular views and natural beauty while orientating to the town’s main attractions. A Tor climb and visit to the springs are included.
Matt, a resident of Glastonbury for over 12 years, has keen knowledge of local heritage, attractions, trees, walking routes, and landscapes. He shares the natural beauty alongside historical insights into the town and countryside.
You will discover local attractions, idyllic spots off the beaten track, and meet some of the oldest and largest trees in the area.
The walk includes readings of seasonal nature poetry and a short acoustic performance of gentle folk music. A Tor climb can be included—a great way to finish by looking down on the routes travelled, landmarks, and Avalon's farthest horizons.
