Day 1 begins with a pickup from your hotel or residential apartment in Kathmandu. You will then be transferred to the local bus station in Balaju, where you'll board a shared bus for the 6–7 hour journey to Syabrubesi. Upon arrival, you'll check in to a local mountain guesthouse, where you'll spend the night before your trek begins the following morning.

Day 2: Trek to Lama Hotel (Max Altitude: 2,380 m / 7,808 ft)

Langtang National Park

On Day 2, you'll begin your trek with a 5–6 hour hike from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel, following scenic trails through the heart of Langtang National Park. Along the way, you'll walk through lush forests of rhododendron and pine, cross several suspension bridges, pass cascading waterfalls, and follow the Langtang Khola as you gradually gain elevation. Upon arrival, you'll check in to a local mountain guesthouse at Lama Hotel, where you'll spend the night.

Day 3: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (Max Altitude: 3,870 m / 12,697 ft)

On Day 3, you'll embark on a 6–7 hour trek from Lama Hotel to Kyanjin Gompa, continuing deeper into Langtang National Park. Along the way, you'll pass through Ghoda Tabela (Horse Stable) before trekking past the traditional Langtang Village, with the valley gradually opening into a spectacular alpine landscape surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. Upon arrival, you'll check in to a local mountain guesthouse in Kyanjin Gompa, where you'll spend the night.

Day 4: Round-Trip Hike to Kyanjin Ri or Tserko Ri & Return to Kyanjin Gompa (Max Altitude: 5,033 m / 16,512 ft)

The challenging ascent rewards you with breathtaking panoramic views of Langtang Lirung, Langtang Ri, Dorje Lakpa, Yala Peak, and the surrounding Himalayan peaks. After spending time at the viewpoint and capturing the incredible mountain scenery, you'll descend back to Kyanjin Gompa, where you'll spend the night at a local mountain guesthouse.

On Day 5, you'll begin your descent with a 6–7 hour trek from Kyanjin Gompa back to Lama Hotel. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you gradually descend from the high alpine valley towards lush forests and riverside trails. Upon arrival at Lama Hotel, you'll check in to a local mountain guesthouse, where you'll spend the night.

Upon arrival in Syabrubesi, you'll check in to a local mountain guesthouse and enjoy a well-deserved rest before returning to Kathmandu the following day.
