Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
You will be picked up at 8 o’clock from your accommodation in Nairobi and begin the drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you will have a breathtaking view of the valley floor. Arrive in time to check in and have lunch. At 4:00 PM, start a game drive in Maasai Mara Reserve, ending at 6:00 PM. Return to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner and time to rest.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara

Spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the Big Five and also get a chance to look for the big cats which are extremely elusive. As you do the drive you will visit the Mara river where you get a chance to see the hippos and the Nile crocodiles. Thereafter, you will have a picnic lunch in the park under a croton tree overlooking the vast landscape and grazing animals. Later, you will continue with a game drive en route out of the park.
It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.

Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Nakuru
Have an early breakfast, then enjoy the final early-morning game drive in Mara Reserve. Thereafter, drive to Nakuru. Upon arrival, have lunch and then proceed to the park. It is a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos, one of the Big Five. There is also a possibility of seeing pink flamingos. The game drive lasts 3 hours.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli

After breakfast, proceed on a game drive in nearby Lake Nakuru National Park, home to various water birds that breed in the lake’s alkaline waters, including flamingos. White rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, plains game, waterbucks, and Cape buffaloes are also encountered. Depart for Amboseli National Park via Nairobi and the Namanga border town, with lunch and a game drive en route. Accommodation is at Nyati Camp or similar.

Day 5: Amboseli – Nairobi

Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After a late breakfast, depart Amboseli for Nairobi with lunch enroute, arriving in the evening. Drop off at your hotel
