Rather than focusing only on seafood or restaurant-style dishes, this experience introduces the comforting recipes enjoyed in Chilean homes. Discover Valparaiso through a hands-on cooking class with a local host in Chile’s coastal city. This 3-hour experience blends local drinks, savoury Chilean bites & dessert into a relaxed social class

Join your local host in Valparaiso for a relaxed 3-hour cooking class built around the flavours of coastal Chile. Together you'll prepare a complete menu featuring classic starters, homemade accompaniments, a traditional main dish, dessert, and local drinks.

As you cook, your host explains the ingredients, traditions, and culture surrounding each recipe while guiding you step by step through the preparation.

After cooking, sit together and enjoy the meal you've prepared in a warm and welcoming setting while exchanging stories about Chilean culture and local life.
