Leave Muscat and head to Wadi Bani Khalid, one of the largest and most beautiful wadis in Oman, approximately a 2.5-hour drive away. Relax and swim in the blue freshwater pools, with the option to enjoy a picnic beside the wadi.

After spending time there, continue to the Wahiba Sands desert. You can take a camel ride, try sandboarding, or ride a quad bike. Then watch the sunset from the large dunes.

Dinner is also available as an optional extra at one of the desert camps. At the end of the experience, begin the journey back to Muscat.
