  • All visitors must pass through airport-style security screening before boarding the ferry. Waiting times may vary depending on crowd levels.
  • We recommend allowing extra time and keeping a flexible schedule for ferry boarding and security procedures.
  • Late afternoon times (2:00 PM and 3:00 PM) may not allow sufficient time to fully visit Ellis Island before closing.
  • Access to the Statue of Liberty Pedestal or Crown is not included. These require separate special reservations.
  • There are no locker storage facilities at the Battery Park screening area. Avoid bringing large bags, sharp objects, or restricted items.
  • This experience is not wheelchair accessible and infant seats are not available.
  • All minors (17 and under) must be accompanied by a responsible adult (25 years or older).
