Later taken over by the British, who expanded it into a major slave trading post. 2.The Male and Female Dungeons Dark, damp underground cells where enslaved Africans were held—often for months—in horrific conditions 3.The "Door of No Return" The infamous exit door that led enslaved people from the dungeons to ships waiting on the Atlantic. Now a symbolic point of reflection—some versions now include a "Door of Return" plaque to welcome descendants back.

The Canopy Walkway (Main Highlight) A world-famous canopy walkway suspended 30–40 metres (100–130 feet) above the forest floor. Made of rope bridges and wooden planks connected by tree platforms.
