What you can expect

  • Embark on an exclusive journey through ancient Rome with our Express Semi-Private Early Morning Colosseum Tour with special arena access. Experience the unparalleled beauty of the Colosseum before the crowds.

Beginning your tour at 8:00 AM allows you to start learning from your guide about the Colosseum before you even set foot inside the building. Soak up the storied history of one of the most-visited archaeological sites in the world and enter before the crowds, right at 8:30 AM. Be among the first visitors of the day; experience the Colosseum in the soft morning light. As you explore this iconic amphitheatre with a small group of maximum 6 travellers, your guide will share captivating stories of its history, bringing to life the glory days of gladiator combat and ancient spectacles.

Enjoy exclusive access to the Colosseum’s Arena Floor–where you’ll stand in the centre of this legendary archaeological site. This is a restricted part of the Colosseum–with very few fellow visitors, you’ll have the space to soak in the grandeur of the Colosseum and imagine the roar of the crowds that once filled its stands.

Throughout the tour, your guide will tailor the experience to the interests of you and your fellow travellers, ensuring a personalised and enriching exploration of these ancient landmarks. Whether you’re a history buff or simply seeking a unique and intimate adventure, our Express Early Morning Colosseum Tour promises an unforgettable experience.
