Join us to discover the contrasts of Santiago as we tour the main attractions of Chile’s capital.
We’ll begin our tour by visiting Cerro Santa Lucía, one of Santiago’s most traditional sites, and then continue on to La Moneda Palace, the seat of the Chilean government.
Our tour will continue through the historic centre, where we’ll explore the Plaza de Armas and the Metropolitan Cathedral of Santiago, as well as the renowned Paseo Bandera, one of the most distinctive urban spaces in the city centre.
We’ll continue to the traditional Bellavista area, which we’ll explore from a panoramic vantage point, before stopping at a lapis lazuli shop, where we’ll learn more about this stone—so characteristic of Chile—and appreciate the craftsmanship associated with it.
Finally, we’ll head to the most modern areas of Santiago. We’ll take a panoramic tour of Bicentennial Park and Sanhattan, an area known for its modern buildings, contemporary architecture, and the capital’s urban development.
