What you can expect

  • Trade the crowded beach bars for an elegant floating cocktail lounge at the open sea. This isn't your typical cocktail-cruise, it's a curated mixology experience aboard a sailboat, where a professional bartender crafts signature cocktails using premium spirits while anchoring at Dia Island.

    What Makes This Unique:
Unlike generic party boats or standard cruises, this experience centers on craft cocktail culture. Your onboard mixologist creates drinks featuring local spirits like Masticha and Athens Vermouth; cocktails you won't find anywhere else, inspired by the island's flavours and sailing traditions. It's the perfect blend of sophisticated drinking culture and sailing adventure.

    Your Cocktail Sailing Cruise:

    • Expert mixologist crafting premium cocktails
    • Signature drinks featuring local spirits and ingredients
    • Learn cocktail-making techniques and the stories behind Greek spirits (upon request and for an extra charge)
    • Local snacks and treats
    • Intimate atmosphere on a sailboat (no crowded party boat chaos)
    • Swimming in secluded bay for refreshing dips between cocktails
    • Carefully selected music enhancing the sophisticated ambiance

    Perfect For:

    • Cocktail enthusiasts seeking unique drinks beyond standard tourist bars
    • Couples looking for a romantic yet lively experience
    • Friend groups celebrating special occasions with style
    • Travellers who appreciate craft drinks and local ingredients
    • Anyone combining adventure with elevated hospitality

    Why This Stands Out:
Heraklion offers countless bars and boat tours; however, this cruise combines professional mixology with authentic sailing. Your bartender doesn't just pour drinks—they're crafting liquid stories, while the sea breeze creates an atmosphere that land-based venues can’t match.

    More Than Just Drinks:
This is social sailing at its finest. The intimate sailboat encourages conversation with your party and crew, while the cocktail-making demonstrations entertain and educate. The combination of sailing, swimming, and mixing creates a natural rhythm for your cruise. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or simply enjoy a well-made drink in a stunning setting, this cruise delivers.

    The Cardinal Cruises Difference:
Our crew knows that great cocktails require more than recipes—they need quality ingredients, skilled preparation, and the right setting. We've partnered with our well-known mixologist to create this result, with cocktails that taste like the Aegean, served where the island looks its best: from the deck of a sailboat sailing.
