    We set up 3 outdoor tables for 2 people, spaced to ensure privacy and comfort, and we serve you from our furnished vintage J9, which brings charm and authenticity to the experience.
    We offer a variety of organic, local, or sustainably produced products:
    Natural sourdough bread baked over a wood fire
    Healthy bowls topped with fresh fruit and homemade granola
    Yoghurt and butter made from unpasteurized milk
    Cheeses: Comté and Cancoillotte, Corsican cheese
    Artisan Corsican cured meats
    Local organic honey and preserves
    Fresh organic and local fruit
    Drinks: Organic Mexican coffee, authentic spiced hot chocolate, organic verbena herbal tea, and juices made on site using slow, cold-pressed extraction to preserve all the vitamins and minerals.
    This experience is designed to offer an authentic and comforting moment, outdoors, in a preserved natural setting, with carefully selected products.
    Then stock up on local and artisanal products aboard our vintage J9 to extend the experience at home.
