- Punctuality and advance notice: Please be sure to gather at the meeting time. If you are late or do not participate without prior notice, it will be treated as a cancellation, and a cancellation fee may apply. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you will be late.
- Final confirmation: By the day before the tour, we will contact your registered phone number or email address with details such as the meeting place and time. Please register contact information where you can be reached within Japan.
- If you have not been contacted by 6:00 PM the day before the tour, please contact "IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi" using the method specified on your ticket.
- If you wish to be picked up from a hotel on Iriomote Island, the meeting time will differ from the displayed time. To inform you of the exact meeting time the day before, please be sure to contact us using the method described on the ticket.
- Participation requirements: Target age is 6 to 59 years old. Pregnant women, children under 6 years old, guests weighing 100 kg or more, and those with chronic illnesses cannot participate. If you have any concerns, please consult with us in advance.
- For those with concerns: If you are worried about your physical fitness or have a fear of the ocean or rivers, please consult with us in advance.
- Equipment and safety: Wearing a life jacket and helmet is mandatory for water activities. If you do not cooperate in wearing them, we will refuse your participation. Please follow the guide's instructions to ensure safety.
- Regarding weather: The tour will generally proceed in the rain. However, if the field conditions are deemed dangerous, the tour may be cancelled.
- Clothing and preparation: Please participate in clothes that you don't mind getting wet. There are no toilets on site, so please use the bathroom beforehand. Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Showers: We have showers at our office. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel to use them. Please note that you may be refused boarding on the ferry if your clothes are wet.
- Supported languages: The tour will be guided in Japanese or English. Please note that depending on the reservation status, guidance may be available in Japanese only.
- Guests who have been drinking alcohol or have a hangover cannot participate.
- Guests with mental conditions (epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder, etc.) cannot participate.
- Guests with cardiovascular diseases cannot participate.
- Guests with cerebrovascular diseases cannot participate.
- Guests with severe physical disabilities cannot participate.
- Guests with severe diabetes cannot participate.
- Guests weighing 100 kg (220 lbs) or more cannot participate.
- For guests with hearing or visual impairments: Please consult with us in advance and ensure you are accompanied by a helper or interpreter.
- Guests with other chronic illnesses, fevers, injuries, etc. cannot participate. *If your symptoms are mild and you still wish to participate, please be sure to consult with us in advance.
