Oshino Hakkai is a collection of eight springs formed by the snow water from Mount Fuji flowing through the ground. The Ministry of the Environment of Japan listed it as one of the country's high-quality springs in 1985. Oshino Hakkai is famous for its beautiful natural environment. The shimmering waters of the ponds blend into the beautiful Mount Fuji, which is so beautiful that countless photographers come from far and wide to take pictures. The traditional thatched houses, slowly turning water wheels and the stunning scenery of Mount Fuji make people feel as if they have entered another era.
