    This gentle workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels – from young participants to seniors – and requires no special equipment.
    After the session, enjoy a complimentary bottle of water and relax with a cup of coffee on our terrace right by the river. It’s the perfect way to energise your body and mind before exploring Riga.

Activity itinerary

The morning exercise session will begin with a warm-up, followed by the main workout, and finish with a cool-down. Exercises can be adapted based on each participant’s fitness level. Only bodyweight exercises will be used.
