Discover the art of Italian cooking during a small-group workshop in a typical Milanese apartment. Your host, will teach you how to make homemade pasta – tagliatelle – a delicious ragù, and tiramisu, Italy’s most famous dessert.

But it doesn’t end there: you’ll be welcomed with an aperitif featuring typical Italian products, and there will be wine served throughout the workshop. At the end, you’ll sit down with the other members of the group – who will have become your friends by then – and enjoy the fruits of your labour. Trust me: it will be the best plate of tagliatelle of your trip to Italy!

The group is limited to 6 people to allow the host to carefully guide everyone and to create an intimate and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

The cooking class begins! The chef will guide you through every step, sharing tips and tricks to make excellent homemade pasta. And guess what? You’ll discover that it’s not difficult, and with the recipes chef gives you, you’ll be able to recreate the dishes at home.

This cooking class is more than just a lesson: it’s an immersive experience that lets you truly connect with Italian culture. But the best part is at the end of the lesson when you’ll enjoy the result of your work and taste the dishes you prepared together with your new friends.
