Departure from your hotel by vehicle for a 2-hour drive to the island, where we will take a ferry for about 30 minutes. We'll visit the Farol das Conchas (Lighthouse of the Shells), then have a lunch typical of the region, and head to the Fortaleza Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres (Fortress of Our Lady of Joys), where we'll learn about the history of Brazilian battles at this World Heritage Site, listed by IPHAN (National Historic and Artistic Heritage Institute).
Along the way, you can swim at the beaches and see the fauna and flora, taking plenty of memorable photos. The trip to the Gruta das Encantadas (Cave of the Enchanted Ones) can be made by boat, as it is located in the Vila de Encantadas (Village of the Enchanted Ones), where you'll learn about the Legend of the Mermaids. The return will be around 5:30 PM. It will be another 30 minutes by boat to Pontal do Paraná and about 2 hours to your hotel in Curitiba.
