Distilled with locally foraged wild flowers and fresh citrus fruit from the rural orchards of Mallorca, the taste is a fresh, dry, citrus infused gin with a perfectly smooth finish.
As part of our distillery tour you will be greeted with a refreshing Gin Palma & Tonic and we will then teach you about Gin Palma, the unique and special botanicals we use and the process of distilling it in our handcrafted copper still. Of course, there will be a tasting involved along the way as well.
