    If you order a costume and makeup package, a clothing deposit is required；Hanfu costume experience is optional. A security deposit will be collected on-site for the Hanfu set.

    Deposit is fully refundable: After your Palace Banquet experience, return the complete Hanfu outfit and hair accessories. The venue staff will inspect all items. If nothing is missing, there is no irreparable damage or heavy permanent stains, your deposit will be refunded immediately on the spot to your original payment method.

    Note: Minor stains from normal wear will not incur extra charges. If any costume or accessory is lost, heavily torn, or stained permanently, compensation fees will be deducted from your deposit based on actual loss. Refund decision is subject to on-site inspection by venue staff.
