Explore the western edge of Lesvos, the quietest and most unlikely part of the island, on a private tour. Follow the road past Moni Ypsilou, an 11th-century monastery perched on the rim of an extinct volcano, and into the Petrified Forest, a UNESCO-listed natural monument where entire trees, buried by volcanic ash twenty million years ago, have turned to stone.

From there, the road drops to Sigri, a small fishing village at the westernmost point of the island. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the harbour and admire the boats.
