Riisitunturi National Park is home to some of the most dramatic and awe-inspiring landscapes in Lapland. These are scenes you cannot find even in the finest postcards. We will travel as a team and the whole adventure is done in small groups only.

Riisitunturi adventure is especially recommended for photographers and those with the heart of an explorer. We will climb high up the fells, to reach unforgettable views above the horizon. On the way you will experience frozen forests full of snow covered trees and amazing views opening around us when we climb higher on our journey. On the way we will have multiple photography stops to capture the amazing Arctic nature around us.

Your adventure starts from Rovaniemi and you will travel 2 hours in comfortable minivan to Riisitunturi national park. There, you will take around 4 km hike in the national park. Your guide, professional photographer will take the most memorable photos of you during the day and will send you professional edited pictures after the adventure.

During the day, you will be served with lunch which includes Lappish speciality sandwiches together with sausages grilled on the campfire. We will prepare our food in the middle of nature while enjoying a relaxing break among beautiful scenery and breathing our lungs full of the cleanest and purest Arctic air.

The trail at Riisitunturi can be demanding and is not suitable for children under 10-years-old.

After the full day adventure in national park, you will head back to Rovaniemi and get dropped back to you accommodation.
