What you can expect
Enjoy a scenic morning drive to Sarangkot and watch the sunrise. Have breakfast in your hotel, visit the International Mountain Museum, and then go to Davis Falls. Check out Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, to see the shrine, and finish up your tour at the World Peace Pagoda.
Go on a popular guided tour in Pokhara to experience all the major attractions in a single day. Start early in the morning with a scenic drive to Sarangkot, where you will witness an unforgettable sunrise over the stunning Annapurna range.
As the sun slowly rises, you will be surrounded by the panoramic beauty of the Himalayas, creating a breathtaking and unforgettable moment.
After sunrise, drive back to your hotel or place for breakfast. Then, at 10:00 AM, continue the tour with a visit to the International Mountain Museum. Here, you will learn about the history and culture of the Himalayas and the brave climbers who have conquered its peaks.
The museum features a large collection of artefacts, photographs, and other exhibits, providing a fascinating insight into the region's mountaineering history.
Next, head to Davis Falls, a stunning waterfall that cascades down a narrow chasm, creating a beautiful spectacle. The fall is named after a Swiss tourist who tragically drowned here, and there is a memorial to her at the site.
From there, visit Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, a natural limestone cave featuring a shrine to Lord Shiva, one of the most revered deities in Hinduism. The cave is a spiritual site and attracts many pilgrims who come to offer their prayers.
Finally, head to the World Peace Pagoda, a beautiful Buddhist stupa situated atop a hill that offers stunning panoramic views of Pokhara, the lake, and the surrounding mountains. The pagoda is a symbol of peace and harmony, and a place for contemplation and reflection.
Throughout the tour, our experienced driver and guide will be there to provide support and share their knowledge about the local culture and history. With so many amazing attractions in one tour, this is the ultimate way to experience the best of Pokhara.
