Escape the crowds and step aboard a stylish yacht for a relaxing journey along the Douro River, where Porto’s historic heritage and natural beauty merge into a cinematic setting.
Our journey begins at Douro Marina, right next to the charming fishing village of São Pedro da Afurada. You can explore the local gastronomy and taste the best fresh fish before or after your tour.
We sail past top attractions such as the Crystal Palace (Palácio de Cristal) and Porto’s Customs House (Alfândega do Porto), home to numerous exhibitions and concerts. Sip your welcome drink while gazing at the riverside areas of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia—a UNESCO World Heritage site—with its vast historical wealth, including the Church of São Francisco, the Cathedral (Sé), Clérigos Tower, the Serra do Pilar Convent, the world-famous Port Wine Cellars, and the iconic D. Luís I Bridge.
After exploring the 6 bridges connecting Porto and Gaia, we change course towards the sea, passing through the Douro estuary protected area and the palm-lined shores of the picturesque Foz do Porto. As we approach the majestic entrance to the sea, if navigation conditions allow, we will venture briefly into the Atlantic Ocean for a panoramic view of the coast and, perhaps, a surprise encounter with dolphins.
Don’t let the weather forecast stop you from sailing. Our yacht features transparent enclosures (biminis), an elegant solution that allows everyone to contemplate the stunning views of the Douro while remaining comfortably protected, regardless of weather conditions.
