Your experience will begin in Catania, where our driver will pick you up between 9:00 and 9:30 AM from your hotel or a pre-arranged meeting point in the city centre.
You will set off to explore a farm in Zafferana Etnea, the Sicilian capital of honey, where you can taste typical products such as honey, olive oil, and jams.
Next, you will head to a local winery, where you will take part in a technical tasting of Etna wines.
The wines will be accompanied by a selection of typical local products, creating a route to discover the flavours of Etna.
During the visit, you will also have the opportunity to explore the winery (where possible, depending on availability) and the vineyards, and to learn more about the production methods, history and distinctive features of Etna wines.
You will then head to a second winery, where a sumptuous lunch made with local produce and regional recipes will be waiting for you.
After lunch, you will take a stroll through the vineyards of Etna, immersing yourselves in the volcanic landscape that makes this area so special.
You will be back in Catania by 5:00 or 5:30 PM.
