What you can expect

Explore one of the most accessible expanses of glacial ice in North America on a day tour to the Columbia Icefield Glacier. Travel from Calgary or Banff to the Crowfoot Glacier, Columbia Icefield Skywalk, and Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre. Admire the sparkling waters of Bow Lake and Peyto Lake.
Meet your guide at a central meeting point in Calgary or Banff and relax on the 2.5-hour drive on the highway and make a short stop at the breathtaking Crowfoot Glacier. Take in the turquoise waters of Bow Lake during a 20-minute stop before continuing on the highway for an hour.
Enjoy an unforgettable experience exploring the best of the Columbia Icefield Skywalk for a half hour before making your way to learn more at the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre for a two hour stop.
Have time along the way to eat a picnic lunch (not included). Hit the highway again for a 1.3-hour drive to discover Peyto Lake, the Icefield Parkway, Lake Louise, and the Banff National Park. Return to your meeting point in Calgary or Banff.
