Step inside a historic family mansion and discover Corfu through its food, history and traditions. Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a guided introduction to our family estate, where you'll learn about the architecture, heritage and stories that have shaped this special place for generations.
Then, gather around the kitchen for a hands-on cooking session using fresh local ingredients, our own extra virgin olive oil and carefully selected local wine. Together, you'll prepare authentic Corfiot recipes while discovering the traditions and stories behind each dish.
Finally, take your place around our family table to enjoy the meal you've created together. More than a cooking class, this is an opportunity to experience genuine Corfiot hospitality, connect with local culture and create memories that will stay with you long after your holiday ends.
