What you can expect

  • The tour lasts approximately 2 hours.
It begins with a visit to my animals (buffaloes and Angora goats) in their fields, with whom you can interact and whom you can even feed (the goats are very greedy).
I'll explain my daily work, their way of life, their needs, and more.
Then we'll go to my dairy to show you the process of making mozzarella and my technique for shaping each of my mozzarellas by hand (which were named “best mozzarella in France” by François Régis Gaudry).
Finally, I'll let you taste my products – cheeses and charcuterie made from black pigs – during a convivial moment.
