Go deeper into your yoga and meditation practice with the guidance of our professional guide in this workshop. Discover indigenous rituals for aura cleansing through yoga, meditation, and spiritual cleansing. Enjoy pickup from Jimbaran, Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta Selatan, Kuta, Kintamani, or Denpasar.
After getting picked up from your hotel with either a private or shared transfer, start the day with a morning yoga practice including pranayama, classical Hatha yoga asanas, sun salutations, and other dynamic movements with synchronised breathing and deep relaxation exercises.
Next, release any stress or tension that might have built up in your system with a guided meditation in the sacred Mangening Temple, a sacred holy spring temple of Bali for a Melukat (traditional Balinese aura cleansing) ceremony to wash away any bad karma.
You may choose to upgrade your tour to include a visit to the Ubud Monkey Forest, where you can get up close and personal with the Balinese long-tailed macaque. Alternatively, you can choose to soar on the Bali jungle swing.
Other upgrades available at check-out include a 1-hour massage and a professional photographer to accompany you throughout the day. Alternatively, you can purchase 10 Polaroid photos to immortalise your day of healing. Finish the workshop with drop-off back at your hotel.
