What you can expect

  • Experience the beauty of the Sicilian countryside through a timeless sensory journey. Francesco, winemaker and olive oil producer will guide you through the artisanal production of extra virgin olive during an immersive walk in the olive grove in Balestrate.
    After the tour, indulge in a tasting session featuring our wines, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegars and limoncello, accompanied by a light lunch of traditional Sicilian specialities.
    The tasting will take place in a typical Sicilian house with Francesco's grandparents in attendance, sharing stories of this enchanting part of Sicily.
