What you can expect

  • You will arrive at the authentically renovated mud-brick lodge and, over a welcome tea, you will get to know the tour leader and learn interesting facts about our horses. Afterwards, we will go to the stables and saddle up. In the paddock, you will get to know your Arabian-Barb horse better and receive detailed instructions. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, you will start by doing a few laps in the paddock. Now the actual tour of the adobe village of Iznkad begins. Out of the lodge and into the idyllic surrounding countryside. On the village's country lanes, you will encounter locals and see what agriculture in the area looks like. Small irrigation systems and olive trees line the way. When the weather is fine, the Atlas Mountains seem close enough to touch. The tour ends at the lodge, where you will take the horses to the stables and care for them. Then you can recharge your batteries with a snack at the lodge.
