The Breakfast did not have a lot of options but was tasty. There was a coffee shop open all day located at the entrance of the hotel. All the staff we encountered were so helpful and friendly. The area was very beautiful, walkable and felt safe. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, had great water pressure in the bathroom, and air conditioning worked great. Great restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was in the area.

Nice, comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly, but in such a touristy area, they should speak communicative English.

We loved our stay at Los Frailes. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The a/c was not working well in our room and they did not hesitate and switched us to another room. The room was immaculate and the location was perfect. Really cute hotel, brand new.

So far our 2nd favourite in Valladolid
This was a very nice place and the staff was wonderful, aside from some stinginess over toilet paper on the housekeepers part, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reakfast was very good. They have no parking at all so this might be a consideration for some.

New hotel, opened December 1st. While there are still some renovations, the hotel was very well presented, staff was courteous & helpful. The Signature room was spacious for 3 of us (1 child). Location was right across the Bernardino convent - lots of activities available at this time of year.

Lovely new hotel in Valladolid
We enjoyed our stay at Los Frailes. The room was very large and spacious and nicely set. The interior yard with the pool is very nice as well. Location is exceptional - best part of town.
