Booked a 4 bed dorm but had a random person sleep on the floor one night which meant that room codes were being shared which felt unsafe. Emailed management and never got a response.

That place stinks!!!! They provided me with a foul smelling blanket. I tried to call them but nobody even responded to me. On the next day, when I asked for the blanket, the staff behaved very rude. I would never ever come here again. And also I would appreciate if you could report this.

Great property, owners and everything but the bedding in the hostel smelled overwhelmingly like body odor. I thought it was someone in the room until I smelled my blanket and I had to toss it aside because of the smell. Not sure what you wash these things with but it needs to be stronger. Other than that everything was fine.

I want to address the unprofessionalism in telling me I would receive a refund for the seven nights I didn't stay on March 25, 2024. I only stayed for four nights out of the eleven. You mentioned giving me a refund because someone else had booked my bed, promptly moving my belongings out. Had I known you wouldn't refund me, I would have stayed those seven nights. It's unacceptable to deceive me, especially when trying to contact you via Expedia. Initially, you identified as Tim, but when Expedia called asking for you, the owner claimed no one by that name worked there, stating you are Bob. We spoke twice on the phone, and I was assured of a refund. It's my mistake for not requesting written confirmation of your words before leaving. I'm disappointed by the lack of response to my calls now. Please provide the promised refund.

The manager Vu was very helpful about where to go and where not to go how to get somewhere as cheap as possible and how to spend the least amount of money the location was next to many good restaurants next time I’ll be returning thank you Vu for the good experience

I stayed there for four days and the property was always clean. I often went out but when I came back it was clean and the bed was always made. I didn’t really meet all the staff members except for one guy who was kinda rude to me because I came in after someone else without inputing the door code so he wanted me to prove that I stayed there. I didn’t really appreciate that . The place was just a bit noisy but yeah it was lively and different from where I stay ( it’s really quiet). I used a Lyft most of the time but there were bus stops and the tram passed by everywhere near the place so I believe it’s easy to move around when you don’t have a car. Overall, I had a good experience and it was quite safe to come back at night since there were many people on the streets.

The temperature is set so high, it gets unbearable at night. When there are 4-6 people in a small room, the temperature would typically rise over time. So it should be regulated with air conditioning.

Good Property, and area. I went there at midnight time as I came to Toronto late. Check-in was good. I want to point out that I had little doubt, I called them to ask if it was okay if I came late at night, but they told me to just read instructions and they cut my call. They replied in the Expedia chat when I asked, so it was good. Other than that, clean, quiet, safe area.

I booked two beds in a dorm style room with 6 bunk beds, the room I got was a cramped single room with a double bed, a broken window that wouldn't close and a bathroom with a broken light. This was a terrible stay, I want my money back, no one else ever stay here!

It was not a great experience, it is terribly hot inside to the point in which sleeping is impossible, the bunk bed were I stayed was all wobbly and unstable it felt like it was going to break at any moment, it would move around like crazy every time I moved a bit. It was overall a clean place but the bathroom and hallways smell absolutely terrible. This was a first and last time, it is much better to spend a bit more for a more decent place

This was a clean safe place and affordable. The beds were way too creaky and not convenient at all for the top bunk, the pillows are garbage and the shower is pathetic. No common space, chairs or fridge. Still, if you’re in need of a clean affordable place I’d still say use it. The owner is professional and I liked him.

I don’t like the idea of no one visually there to help you. No check in . No other help if needed in person won’t happen. Plus check out is weird not having to check out since no one works in the building that you can visually see. Not a fan

The worst costumer service I’ve ever seen in my life, both from the owner and the Expedia app. I would never recommend it, even for my worst enemy. It is almost impossible to be in touch with the property with the phone number, the owner is extremely rude and intimidating, never, NEVER book in this place
