非常好的服務，所有工作人員都非常友善非常禮貌。如果有害怕噪音的話，選擇面向山的房型就不會就這問題，非常安靜。房間都打掃得很認真，房間很乾淨。 下次回台灣一定會再住。

Staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to both Nangang Exhibition Center MRT station and Nangang MRT station. Easy to order food delivery. Suggest to avoid booking a room with balcony - it is facing the street that there is a construction site opposite the hotel (noisy)

Hotel was a fairly new hotel so everything was fairly clean and modern. Pillows were horribly flat however and luckily I had the whole room to myself so I could use both pillows to get sufficient neck support. Bed was also rather a bit too hard/firm. Location wise it isn't great except for the fact it was near my client's location (within 1.2km walking distance). Walking distance to the train stations are quite a distance too and it is situated on the suburbs east side of Taipei city.

Attended expo nearby. A short ten minute walk. Two MRT stations nearby. Nangang station has huge shopping mall and mega food courts. Very close walk. Hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast very good with Taiwan snd Western offerings. Many coffee shops nearby on way to expo. Only one comment for guests. Make sure to book on the entry side of the hotel. The other side rooms have windows that do not allow sight outside or light in. I am a bit claustrophobic snd need sunlight in morning. Make sure to request a window room. The hotel staff were super cooperative snd kind to change my room. I will stay here anytime I go to expo at Nangang.

It showed VIP access to get 2 hours late check out , unfortunately , it doesn't mach what Expedia's providing benefit , I am gold card membership and stay at hotel 2 days every week , the hotel didn't provide VIP access . My last stay was 12/24-12/25 again , same.

I am a gold member , apply to 2 hours late check out in this hotel , unfortunately , front desk staff check their system said the check out time is at noon . besides this , Everything is good and room is clean .

The staff members from the front desk are not too passion for their jobs. The toilet on the first floor was not very clean. The parking space is pretty nice. And the hotel is closed to the MRT and the shopping center, movie theater which is very nice. The gym was dark and small. The room condition is okay, but for an only three or fours years old hotel, I think the condition should be better.

I use my credit card to book 7 nights and paid in advance. And I extended one more night stay due to the change in our travel plan. I also used my credit card to book this one night stay. the payment is guaranteed. For all the hotel I stay in the U.S., in Europe or in China even in Taiwan, I normally. settle the payment when I check out. But this hotel is different This hotel's check-in time is 3 pm. They want me to settle the payment at 3 pm. However, in no place they mention that. And they did not call me or leave me a message to settle the bill until 11 pm while we were sound sleep due to the jet lag. Don't you think it is ridiculously to do that to their customers. They ruined our whole night. I would never to deal with this hotel anymore.
