The property wasn't bad but rather old and not in the best condition. It was also just a little farther than I'd like from the downtown area. No restaurant. There are some gorgeous options closer to town for just a few dollars more and well worth it.

Siem Reap solid choice
Nice boutique hotel in Siem Reap. Friendly staff that was able to arrange a great tuk tuk driver for all our tours. Only complaint would be WiFi is inconsistent. Had two adjoining rooms on the third floor which was perfect for our family of 5.

A bit far from center/night market by walking
Hotel has good facilities in the room, has good small swimming pool and very good breakfast. But the family room on the 3th floor it's roof top that makes room very warm in day time ,and during our stay the communication system of the hotel didn't work..

Large and Comfy room
We have had, a pleasant stay at this hotel, the room was spacious with basic amenities you may need during your stay. Staffs were helpful and the Tuk tuk driver “Chey” was helpful and flexible. For some the hotel might be far from the Pub street and night market but if you are looking for a quiet vacation this hotel can offer you that. Has few selection on Breakfast but nevertheless they can start your day. Really enjoy the stay!

Excellent rooms and location; WONDERFUL service
This was a wonderful gem of a find for my family. The Asanak D'Angkor Boutique Hotel's staff took wonderful care of my wife and children while they traveled to Siem Reap without me. The rooms were clean and spacious; the hotel itself is within easy walking distance of the night market. But the best part was the way the staff went out of its way to make sure my family felt comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel for its service.

Located in a quiet area of Siem Reap this hotel is relatively small. The staff was nice and our tuk-tuk driver who picked us at the airport remained with us for the whole trip while discovering the temples around. Prices for excursion are reasonable. However the breakfast was a bit deceptive. Many fresh fruits, but it was supposed to be full American breakfast with eggs (choice of three styles) with ham / sausage/ bacon, and it was only egg. No other dishes proposed. Juices tasted too chemical :( Unfortunately there was a house under construction right next door and there was noise from 8am sharp every day. OK because we wake up early but a bit annoying when you want to relax by the pool in the afternoon... Overall a nice hotel but probably a bit overpriced for what you get.

Value for money!
Room is very spacious, Value for money, clean, you can really have a good night sleep with the size of the bed although the pillows were a bit "rock hard". Staff were courteous although there's a slight inconsistency in terms of service, I'm not sure if its the language barrier or just limited to a specific person/ staff. Place is a bit secluded and we really wanted to try, explore and do biking but we were a bit scared since its too dark at night and there are dogs on the street.

Nice hotel, great rooms and confortable & place
Overall the hotel was great, the only setback which i was not so happy with is the breakfast. Its too simple and not appetizing. The choices for the breakfast was very very too little choice to have. Wherelese for the room, there was smell from the bathroom but its tolerable. Also the water drainage was bad in the bathroom as after bathing the water will not drain and it cause the bathroom will look as though it is flooded.

You feel welcomed
Nice basic room and amazing staff, even an occasional lack of English does not diminish the positive vibe of this place. Quiet location and comfortable bed. On the downside, our room was filled with mosquitoes when we arrived and we had to borrow a spray from reception to deal with it.

Inexpensive hotel option near town center
I'd say the word Boutique is over-used in Siem Reap so take that with a grain of salt. This was a very simple, yet pleasant hotel option located not far from the center of the night life. Nothing fancy but it was definitely good value for the price. It's located off an unpaved pot-holed road, but also away from the madness of the night life. The pool was a nice amenity but it's overshadowed by a building so if you're looking to do any sun-bathing you may have about a hour a day opportunity for direct sunlight. The breakfast was a very sad affair, but not too much a departure from the norm for Cambodia. Very inexpensive, but most of the hotels in Siem Reap are a good value, which means this one didn't really stand out enough to be recommended. Not bad, but nothing to rave about.

Right from the start everything went well. Our shuttle was at the airport waiting for us. Staff friendly and helpful and made a great attempt to converse in English. Hotel room impressive and clean. Twice they confirmed our shuttle to take us to the next location. Cannot fault our stay

Charming hotel
The hotel is off a little side road near Pub Street. It was neat to be able to see what "real Cambodia" was like away from the touristy places, but it was also within walking distance to the main road. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The shower is amazing and I loved the bathtub as well. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is beautiful. For breakfast you can choose between eggs or rice porridge but they also have a selection of fruit and breads to supplement. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.

Amazing staff, comfortable stay
The staff at the hotel were so helpful, friendly & competent. They arranged a 3-day tour of the Angkor Wat ruins. The rate was reasonable (between $35-$45 for guide per day & $30-$80 for an air-conditioned car & driver per day, depending on how far the sites are) considering that they were exclusively ours for 6-9 hours a day. They also arranged a 2 hour massage in the room. Highly recommended! $20 for a 2 hour Cambodian massage (it was very similar to deep tissue, attacking knots in my back as well as relieving tired leg muscles from all the walking). It may be cheaper elsewhere around town but the luxury of doing it in-room without worrying about transport was worth it. Not that transport was ever an issue. The hotel staff was always on hand to flag a tuk tuk or call a driver. The staff was also very courteous at breakfast. Besides a buffet of croissants, toast, jam, butter, juices and exotic fruits, they also offered a free menu with cooked options like eggs. The staff also assisted us with laundry. Again, the price here ($2 per kilo) may be more than elsewhere in town but we didn't have to worry about lugging a laundry bag around. The laundered clothes was well-cared for & had a turnaround of less than 24 hours. We needed to call a local bus company to arrange to pick us up at the end of our stay (headed to Ho Chi Minh). The hotel staff assisted us with that as well, which was much appreciated due to the language barrier. We enjoyed the pool everyday!

Our best hotel experience ever.
This is a new hotel and everything is in excellent condition. The staff is supurb and is helpful in every way. We came in at midnight in a Tuk Tuk supplied by the hotel........and the last 100 feet of road was dirt which made us wonder where is he taking us. Actually the hotel is at the edge of the downtown area in a quiet residential area....about 10 minute Tuk Tuk ride. The pool was delightful after a long hot day of exploring. Over, it was the best hotel experience we have ever had.......and we hated to leave.

Good hotel for family room
We stayed in the family room for 5 nights for the price of 1 room in the other hotels. It was actually 2 rooms with connecting door that was great. The rooms and bathrooms are big, modern and very clean. The pool is small and nice for the kids. The breakfast is basic, cereals, bread, coffee/tea, fruits and your can order western or Asian dishes. The stuff was very friendly and we use the hotel tour with a tuk tuk in one of the days. We got free pickup from the airport that was very convenient. Location wise it's not on a main road but 5 min walk to restaurants and shops or 10-15 min walk to pub street or night market. You can also use a tuk tuk for 2$ to get there. The one thing to improve would be add light blocking curtains as there is a lot of light in the room from very early morning and also at night.

Wonderful Stay
Stayed from 9/6 to 9/13/14. As for the road, yes, it is dirt, not well lit and a bit bumpy. If you have never been to Siem Reap before, you will find that many fine boutique hotels are out of the way on roads like this, so don't be surprised. Also, the hotel is not walking distance from the down town areas like Night Market or Pub Street. But the hotel employs tuk tuk drivers who are more than happy to get wherever you need to be and back, whenever needed. Cost is generally $2-3 each way for most trips anywhere. The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate anything needed, were hardworking and gracious. The rooms were very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. Bed sheets/blanket were super crisp and fresh, bed was comfortable. Room has a nice working A/C unit along with a fridge (2 free water bottles provided per day). Shower and bath area very clean and well taken care of. Very nice pool on site, found it refreshing after a long day. Quaint continental breakfast provided- fresh cooked eggs, bacon, ham, cereal, fruit, toast or croissant, milk/coffee/mango juice, all you can eat and drink- for NO EXTRA CHARGE. You can have your laundry done for 2.00 a kg- all clothes came back perfectly cleaned and pressed. Last thing, the 2 tuk tuk drivers at the hotel, Seng and Leem, were very good. I spent most of my time driving with Leem. I found him to be an honest, diligent, hardworking young man, completely trustworthy and enjoyed our conversations.

We adore the adorable staff and very clean, comfortable & pretty rooms. This location is a couple of blocks away from the busy centre. Tuktuks are on standby and cost one or two dollars per ride. We planned all tours by ourselves, more or less for similar prices as the hotel offers. Breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice. Perhaps the location is a downside for some, we enjoyed the calm because we visited temples by sunrise and went to bed real early. We came back for breakfast, took a nap and went out again in the afternoon. Fab!

The hotel was good, but location wise a bit out of the town centre and biggest hurdle was the dirt road access. There were heaps of pot holes and when it rains it is muddy and slippery even the tut tut got stuck a few times. There was no food to be bought at the hotel for lunch or dinner which is quite disappointing as you would need to venture out at night in the rain with the muddy road to get food.

If you want a boutique hotel with all the fruit - this is the place. And the Staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was small but nice. The only negative is the unsealed and only semi lit lane access back into town. Other than this, the location is good. We took up the offer of a free airport pickup and continued to use the same Tuk-Tuk over the next 3 days for our travel. Thank you Mr Chorm. And a special mention of Miss Kunthy the receptionist. With her attitude and friendly approach she will go far in the World.

The location of the hotel is not the best if you want to be in the midst of Siem Reap's buzz, but it's only a 15 minutes walk/5 minutes tuk-tuk ride away! The hotel staff are extremely friendly, and will try to help as much as possible. The airport pick-up service is a great advantage, and so is the breakfast! The surroundings of the hotel are not amazing, but even walking at night we felt safe.

Fantastic boutique hotel experience!!
We were met and greeted at the airport with a free pick up. This hotel is about 1 KM away from the pub street that is very walkable at night. However the single greatest concern we had is the rain. The side street this hotel is located is unpaved and if it rains, we will be the last person to go anywhere near this hotel. But then this should not be a major concern in the dry season, however the hotel guests should keep that in mind.The only reason we give a 4 to overall rating is due to this. We found the hotel staff very friendly, always smiling and ready to meet any guest requests. They have nice mango tree all around the hotel with low hanging fruits. All we needed to do is pick one up and then have the staff help us to slice it, which they happily obliged. Also while we were enjoying the pool, we felt lazy to go back to our room to make coffee one afternoon again the hotel staff happily obliged with no additional charge to our room. The complimentary breakfast is minimal and except for the desserts were mostly repetitive. The breakfast desserts were delicious!! Oh yeah checkout their extra large and squeaky clean bathroom with separate area for the shower and the bath (bath tub)!! In our next trip to Siem Reap whenever that happens, we will not stay anywhere except here.

Toda a equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e prestativa. O motorista do tuk-tuk que foi nos buscar no aeroporto (Mr. Chey) também era muito simpático e prestativo (acabamos fechando todos os tours com ele). O único ponto negativo, talvez, seja os arredores do hotel, que não é tão bom. Fora isso, recomendo o hotel!

나이트마켓이나 펍스트리트를 걸어서 약 10분에서 15분거리라서 걸어서 이동하기 편리했고, 조용한 편이었다. 수영장은 작은 편이나 사람이 없어서 아이들이 독차지하고 놀았다. 동양인은 없고 젊은 서양인들이 많이 있는 편이다. 하루종일 호텔에 머무르지않고 관광이 목적이라면 구지 5성급에 머물 이유는 없을 것이다. 4성급이라고 하는데 3성급으로 보면 무난...

Отель очень уютный, много зелени, бассейн, персонал очень приветливый. При заезде были предложены на выбор номера на разных этажах, выбрали на втором, но и у бассейна хорошо.Завтрак был вкусный. Банальный омлет, а куча начинки и подача класс).В 5-10 минутах кафешки, супермаркет, экскурсии, кому надо. Дождь, лужи и отсутствие фонарей ночью по дороге к отелю ни чуть не испортили впечатление. В отеле можете заказать тук-тук на весь день за 15$. В номере хороший вай фай.

Tolles kleines Hotel
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Für uns war es perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
