Im really picky about the hotels i stay in especially after working in housekeping for years. This is probably the first and only hotel that lived up to my expectations. I was very satisfied with everything. The staff and cleanliness..it was a great experience. The bed probably could be replaced but it wasnt terrible.

The room was larger than the average hotel room and had a 2 burner stove, a good sized microwave, a full size refrigerator and a sink. It was very comfortable.

This is an EXTENDED STAY so it has a kitchenette with full fridge and 2 burners. Since it is an extended stay, they do NOT have a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast can be ordered for a price and delivered to your room. Also, this property is beside a major roadway and is noisy all day and night with loud exhaust, etc.

The hotel was loud at night with lots of door slams. They don’t offer maid services during the stay, when we asked for another blanket they didn’t have an additional duvet. Ours had a spill on it and we couldn’t get another one. They did give us a light blanket but it’s a little cold for just light blankets. The trash can in the room is small for not getting cleaning service. If they aren’t going to clean the rooms they should at least empty the trash. 2 days of food sitting in the trash is not preferred. We also had to bring down our dirty wet towels in order to get new ones. For the price it was okay but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Housekeeping is only offered every 4 days according to date of check-in. Towels and trash service have to be requested if your stay is under 4 days. Housekeeping for long term reservations are not done on weekends due to high volumes of turnovers. We apologize for any confusion on this policy.

The pool was wonderful for my children. The kitchenette was perfect for our 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable and the receptionist was very helpful! (Her name was Ashley)!

Great hotel for long stays. Not as clean as I would have liked. Built up dust on the bathroom vent and around light switches, etc. The space, table, and kitchenette were great for traveling with kids.

Not a big writer of reviews, but this place was rough. And I travel a lot. Having driven cross country for a fundraising event, I needed to be all suited up and at the venue by 4 pm. I called 5 hours early and explained if I could check in even a little early that would be helpful. I was told, maybe, but no earlier than 2:30 (3 is check in). Better than nothing. But, when I arrived at 2:30, I was told 'no way.' After sitting for 30 minutes, I asked if I could check in and was greeted with an annoying, 'I guess so.' Granted, I think there was only one desk attendant and a skeleton crew of custodial, but the attitude was unwelcome. Once I got into the room it was noticeably damp and humid. I turned on the wall unit and there was only cool/heat--no fan! So, I heated the room up and it only got more damp as a result. No option on the actual unit to adjust this either (?). Off to take a shower and there was no hot water...and the handle spun indefinitely with no stopping point. After a cold shower, I was off to iron my dress shirt and the ironing board collapsed about 4 times before I called and requested another. About 20 minutes later another arrived. After all of this, I ended up being about 15 minutes late for the sound check of the event (I was a guest panelist), so that wasn't ideal. Fast forward to bedtime and (in addition to a damp room), sleep was constantly interrupted by the sounds of vehicles whizzing by my window. There's more, but this place is a HARD PASS.

HI Jason, Thank you for your review. We do try to offer an early check in when available, however it is not always possible. As for the issues you experienced we do apologize and would have had maintenance address them immediately had we known before your review. Our units have a thermostat on the wall that you can turn the fan on if you so desire. As for the traffic noise, unfortunately we can not control the sounds of the outdoors! Again we apologize for the issues you experienced and thank you for your review!
