The reception up front was courteous, professional and helpful. The junior suite was solid, with no frills, but most everything worked. It would be nice if they offered a cart to facilitate check in. Surely they can provide this courtesy? Karma Cafe was good for breakfast, and the staff was attentive. The options for breakfast were the same every morning, and it would have been nice to have more flexible menu options. The Amani hotel is located in reasonable proximity to most of the attractions in Marakech.

It was absolutely fantastic 4 nights ,5 days. Friendly, helpful and smiling staff. Room is cleaned, spacey and sophisticated. Value for money. The restaurant is fairly priced and nice food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location of the hotel is superb. Easy walking distances to everywhere. Plenty parking spaces around and cheap parking . The hotel is taking fantastic safety measurements against covid , feel so comfortable at all times. I will definitely recommend anyone here for safe and comfortable trip for great value for the money. Absolutely going to book again on my next trip .

the hotel itself is nice and the stuff are friendly. Location is also great but my problem with this hotel is regarding my reservation. couldn't make the trip due to covid-19 and they declined getting me a voucher or refund so my money is gone. that's not honest!

Superb Hotel.
The Hotel Amani more than exceeded my expectations. From the welcome at reception, to the superb room, with every amenity you could wish for. I was booked in for 2 nights, but unfortunately, I had to leave after one night in order to leave Morocco before all the flights stopped operating, due to the Coronavirus problem. However, one day I will return to Marrakech, and will definitely stay in the Amani.

If you want to have a wake up call of a demolition excavator under your room - you found it! And a 'manager' has the audacity to point to some handwritten 'notice' that was pasted in the elevator... as an alert that absolves them of any inhospitality ...and if we'd like to have some mint tea to make up for all that inconvenience!!!! Maybe look for someplace under a bridge!!What a spoiler after 2 weeks of perfect Moroccan hospitality ..,!!!

The hotel was clean with a decent breakfast. Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly, and we did not exchange any money at the hotel as it was a poor rate.

Very Homey Hotel with Great Restaurant
We chose this hotel because it is close to the train station but it offered much more than convenience. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The firmness of the bed in our room was not what we prefer which is why I marked it down slightly for comfort but that is not a failing of the hotel but a personal preference on our part. The restaurant was a good place to relax after a long day of sightseeing and the food was reasonably priced and tasty. The restaurant has two levels, one on the terrace and one at ground level. We highly recommend the hotel as a quiet, homey place to stay in Marrakesh.

Staff were excellent, and the rooms were very nice with good WiFi. Only issue with room was the beds were like lying on concrete. Food was amazing, we had pizzas, pasta, and sandwiches. Only negative here was breakfast, nothing was labelled, so had no idea what was in each dish/bowl. Not good for people who don't want any meat products in their food

Wish it had gone better
Be forewarned that this hotel can be quite noisy if you value sleep. Guests seem to love to slam the doors and that sound reverberates down every hallway. There is a rooftop terrace that is open to the public until midnight. These rooftop visitors often use the staircases and their loud voices contain not an ounce of respect for guests trying to sleep. When I spoke the the hotel about this, there was very little concern because as they said “these are our customers”. Also, a nearby bar/disco pumps up the wall-rumbling bass every night about 11 pm and the so-called soundproof windows do nothing to soften the assault. A pleasant shower in the morning was more often than not trying to avoid the blasts of cold water that interrupted the hot water. Each room has a phone. Ours did not work for the last 3 days of our stay even though it was reported to desk staff daily and we were assured it would be fixed. The breakfast buffet was good but the problem was that the items were infrequently and slowly replenished.The coffee machine also provided rather insipid coffee. The hotel listing also claims there is free bottled water. Desk staff and a management representative said that it did not say “daily”. We are talking about a 33ml bottle of water to brush one’s teeth. This is also about health. They also claimed that hotels.com put that in and it doesn’t mean “free” bottled water daily. Reason was beyond management’s understanding and the only result was frustration.

Beautiful interior, very helpful staff and convenient cafe serving meals. Got a pool and some lovely areas to chill. Only issue is noise: every scraping chair and conversation reverberates through the building so an early night is not easy. Might be helpful to put up something to deaden the echoes and insulate the doors.

Given that I was working at the Palais des Congrés, the Amani was a short walk away. It is close to the train station, some quaint restaurants, and a reasonable walk to the Khoutoubia mosque. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Modern clean and handy for the train station
Great location for the train station. Close to McDondalds if you’ve had enough tagines!! Close or big modern shopping centre. Clean hotel - good breakfast - small swimming pool - lovely clean reception areas - one of the most ‘european’ standard hotels we stayed in.

Solid hotel for the price.
Very nice hotel room, with nice lil balcony to street. Quiet room, exept they were doing some seasonal preparations on the roof above us so there were some noise to our room from it, but nothing too bad. (4th floor is the last floor with rooms) The pool area looks comfy, ice cold water on February tho so we didnt swim. Nice staff, and the cafe on the ground floor offers decent meals and very good mint tea!

got to the hotel checked in fine, went to our room to find they had given us someone else's Room key. this was concerning as the door key also had the safe key on for your room. the hotel says they change currency but they won't change Stirling only euros. there is no guest area in the hotel where you can just sit an relax there was a seating area opposite the reception desk but if there wasn't things for sale covering them is was people sleeping on them. if you speek French you will be ok here all the signs are French and the staff speek very little English. the location is great but I would choose another hotel in the area.

A good hotel, in a very nice area, no street hassle etc here. Was very happy to return here after a day walking around the medina area.
