Average stay but great location

It wasn't a great stay. The location was the only best thing. The bathroom was very bad with water leaking out always. The breakfast was good but the people were not great as they use hands to take the bread so that was really bad.

Umrah 2018

Excellent, really friendly and knowledgeable staff, facilitated free late check out as we were heading to Miqat later. Breakfast very good, dinner really good value. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Good hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel with good facilities. Friendly staff and very helpful. 2-3 min walk from haram. Close to the women's prayer area of the haram. Everything in the room is controlled via a touch screen Restaurant was ok. Could have been better.

Holiday Villa Madinah

It was for pilgrimage. Room was good thou bed was super small. Non of the room service staffs understood us properly thou they were helpful. Breakfast was average but ok. Reception service was average.

They have free parking but they said full The front office staff very bad The housekeeping even if you keep The don't disturb sign on the door they will open your room This hotel is very bad don't book in this hotel

Not a 5-Star

Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel; I would rate it as a 3-star. The positives of the hotel are that the rooms are larger and its convenient location near the ladies entrance of the Haram. For an overnight stay it’s ok, but if you are planning for a longer stay than there are better options.

سيء جدا

لم يتم توفير اسره في الغرفتين وبعد الطلب تم احضار سريران خشب متهالكه وبدون مراتب لها علماً انه تم التواصل قبل دخول الفندق بيوم وطلب سريران وغرف متصله ولم يتم تلبية الطلبات ولم يوجد عربة لكبار السن ولم يتم احتضار الفطور بالغرفه لكبار السن انا لا انصح له جدا

HOTEL BIEN SITUÉ BONNE LITERIE ACCEUIL PERFECTIBLE

LE séjour peut être qualifié de moyen avec un bon rapport qualité prix ( hotel réservé 9 mois avant l'arrivée). La réception est décevante sur tous les plans. La restauration est moyenne. Les ponts positifs sont la literie qui est excellente et la situation près du Haram surtout pour l'entrée des femmes.

تجاوب سريع في الخدمة ، وسيئ للغاية لمنع الإزعاج

كان هناك إزعاج شديد بسبب أعمال إصلاحات وبسبب الأطفال وتجاوب الفندق وموقعكم كان سيئاً للغاية.

Excellent service..good location...

A very good hotel. The staff was very cooperative. The location is very good specially for females. I saw that few customers had an issue and the manager directly contacted the guests and tried to help them out. Human error can happen every where the question is how to deal with the situation. I must add that during my visit I stayed in Mövenpick Makkah and Fairmont Makkah Tower and still would say that this hotel had the best Service and price was also very good.....
