I booked this property the day before arrival for the night of Dec 21 to 22. When I arrived, the property was locked and dark, there was a sign at the lobby door that the property disclosed until early January. I had to find another hotel at 9pm. I checked a day later and the property was still listed as available. Don't know if it is Mercure 's or Expedia's fault! Very disappointed by the service, of course!

A hotel with very basic amenities, but clean, relatively spacious rooms with a desk and lamp and a comfortable enough bed, perfect for business travel of less than a week. The bathroom even came with a hairdryer that did blow enough air to dry hair (a lot of hotels don't even offer this). A shuttle service runs between the hotel and the station but only Monday to Friday, and not late at night, which means that depending on time and day you may have to walk 13-15 minutes from Eschborn Süd station (S-Bahn), or take a taxi back to the hotel. Eschborn Süd is three stops away from the Messe, so convenient for the book fair. The hotel's restaurant also offers decent food and staff at reception and bar/restaurant were all friendly. For the reasonable room rates they offer, one can't complain! A good choice of budget accommodation.

Perfectly fine business hotel with a modern feel and clean rooms. Choice of bar food for a late arrival is a bit limited but the bar staff were friendly which made it okay

Comfortable, but disappointing
I had a superior room, which resulted being on the first floor above the entrance. This meant that as I had the window open I had all of the noise from the smokers coming out of the hotel bar to smoke, and the smell coming straight into my room, which was very unpleasant. Also, I only had a small basic Philips TV. Id did ask for a feedback form which was going to be emailed, but it never came.

I can understand that the smoke in the room was uncomfortable, especially for sleeping, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. That we made an unprofessional impression that the expected feedback has not come, is more than regrettable for me. Business Trip Hotel on a business estate, not much social life nearby. 50 TV channels in room, only 1 english channel, Sky Atlantic which was dubbed in German! So no English TV to watch, not even a news channel, BBC, Sky News, CNN, etc... No Earl Grey tea at breakfast, multiple fruit/herbal tea options, but no Earl Grey

Ebookers did not make my reservation. I was nearly homeless and had to argue the extortionate nightly rate. I complained to ebookers about my experience and they did not respond.

한적한 위치에 있는 호텔입니다. 너무 조용하고 머무름 시간동안 너무 좋았습니다. 주위에 슈퍼마켓도 있고 한식당도 있어 좋았어요. 그리고 산책할 수 있는 코스도 있어 좋네요

Der Aufenthalt war ok. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist zu bemängeln; leider wurde während meines Aufenthalts keine Reinigung des Zimmers vorgenommen.
