Dear guest: Sorry to hear it. If you use old iphone and ipad, you will have a problem ( I think it is the problem with Apple company), but if you could come to the office to tell us, it was easy to be sorted out. While you stayed here, you definitely noticed that we had many working vehicles, if our internet had problem, we could not host so many workers, business people. Besides, all TVs in our studio are internet connected TVs. Thank you for your staying!

Overall happy with our stay was generally clean however some areas needed a long overdue dust. The tv in the living room didn’t work, but the shower pressure was good and the staff were friendly. Would return.

What a dump
Damp and musty room with grotty old furniture. Poorly kept grounds. Terrible shower pressure. Bugs in the bathroom. Dirty curtains. The whole place needs a massive overhaul or maybe bulldozing would be a better option. The only redeeming feature was there was clean sheets and it was quiet. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

situated in a hollow, the grounds were untidy
poor presentation, grounds unkept, motel had a musty smell, furniture looked as if it had come from a second hand junk shop! Paid $150 yet a motel down the road was excellent for only $120!

Convenient for travelling, friendly enough on arrival, but nobody around on checkout, drop keys in a box. Nowhere to eat nearby, among housing. Spacious, clean and convenient.

old motel
on opening the door the unit it smelt of old cooking oil etc which made the unit awful. The bed was comfy & clean. The tiles in the shower could do with some exit mould. The shower presure was great..The door to the bathroom couldnt shut as there was no unit in the door to shut it properly.Pity there hadnt been some fresh air spray left in the unit.. Really we wished we hadnt booked there.

I found many hairs in the bed. The pillows were in not clean as well. I had to wrap them up with my own clothing so as to prevent direct contact.

Small and quiet
After being sum what unhappy with the first room, they were more than happy to help out with changing rooms. This was a nicely presented room, modern setting/styling. Ideal for my family of 5. We even decided to stay an extra night

Dirty and overpriced.
Over the last 6 years I've stayed in over 60 different hotels throughout the South Island. On the whole they are very good and offer reasonable value for money. I've only ever written good reviews and have just taken the bad hotels in my stride and simply not stayed there again, but this recent experience has been particularly bad. My only hope is they up their game of drop the price drastically to suit the conditions offered. Nowhere to park when I arrived due to poor layout of hotel and other guests taking all the spaces. Opened the door, the room absolutely stunk of smoke (to be fair this was mainly due to the people in the neighbouring room but the windows had been left open). There was cooked rice all over the floor and there was a 1m2 squared section of carpet absolutely saturated with what I hope was water. They just hadn't cleaned the room and the demeanour of the hotelier when I asked her to come and look at it suggested she already knew of the mess and the flooding but had possibly hoped her guest would simply let it slide. WiFi didn't work at all in this room, too far from the modem. Luckily there was a spare room so I moved there, WiFi almost as bad in this room as well. Basically if you're going to provide a beaten up, run down unit in desperate need of an upgrade, that has no WiFi, flooding and food on the floor, then the price should reflect that. Unfortunately it's experiences like this that undermine my confidence in booking through Wotif online.
