When I arrived to inquire about room availability, the front desk clerk immediately informed me that no rooms were available without even checking the system. I pointed out that I had seen two rooms listed online through Expedia. Her response was that I needed a reservation number to proceed. On the spot, I completed the reservation via Expedia and secured a room. It would have been more efficient if the front desk employee had checked the system before addressing my query, as I could have avoided the online booking process and enjoyed a quicker check-in. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for my needs, being close to the airport. Additionally, there’s an outlet mall nearby. Although I didn’t require it, they do offer a free airport shuttle service for those who might need it.

Microwave and mattress cover were dirty. Changed rooms and microwave still dirty as well as hand towels. Asked a 1 hour extension for check out and was informed there was a charge. I’ve been in many hotels throughout my travels and never was charged. It’s a courtesy. Hotel was low capacity so charges were unwarranted.

The front staff was not attentive, was made to wait to check-in when arrived 29 mins. early, asked for two more washcloths and was given one and told it's only allowed one per person. The room was clean but smelled like mildew.

It would be good for one of the shuttles to have a wheelchair lift so we did not have to give 24 hours to get shuttle. The bus that stops by this hotel has very infrequent service in the evening and early morning. It would be easier to get around Chicago if I could have used the shuttle to get to O'Hare and used the blue line instead of having to spend 45 minutes each time to get to Rosemont

The associate who checked me in was wonderful. She was polite, courteous, and receptive to courtesy; a great asset to your staff. I appreciated the shuttle. The gym was quite small but handy. Good proximity to the airport.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay the staff’s hospitality was fantastic. I love all the tulips and other flowers around town so beautiful and the tap water here in Chicago tastes a lot better than Florida’s tap water. Thank you Chicago!

Friendly staff and clean, shuttle service is not always ideal as it is a group shuttle with several stops, we used taxi and uber to get to and from the airport

When we arrived at room the floor was dirty as well as the carpet, and even dough it was stated in the confirmation that the hotel was doing housekeeping at intermittent days, the least they could do is have cleaning supplies for a one bedroom suite.

Cleanliness was the worst of it. Used toothbrush, pcs of dog food on the floor. Hair ties with hair and pet hair all over the furniture. Everything was covered in dust as well. Mgr was absolutely amazing. But would never return.
