When we arrived we were on a 2nd floor room, and we didnt realize there were no elevators‐ no biggie; we adjusted. Got to the room, keys didnt work. Trudged back down to let them know. Worker gave new keys, no apology, and said don't place near cellular phone (we hadn't), and I said okay and left with a smile. Got to the room and set our things out. Found dirty socks in the room and a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. Called down, and he said come back down and ill give new room. Switched rooms. 1st person to use restroom about half hour after getting settled, and toilet wouldnt flush at all. No water was going to the tank or anything. Then we turned on water in the tub, toilet started running, so we flushed. It stopped normally. Later, we heard something and looked in bathroom, it was flooded. Called down, switched rooms again, still no apology at all. The last room was still not great, and there was a dead bug in the bathroom, but we slept and left first thing in the morning. Upon checkout they same guy was working but no one at the desk. He came a couple minutes after I was standing there and I let him know we were checking out. No smile, no "how was your stay" or "have a good day", or anything. He just took the keycards and turned away. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
