Excellent service! Metz Pratunam Hotel has always been my go-to place whenever I am travelling to Bangkok because of the strategic location for a tourist to commute and shop. The staff was really helpful and friendly during our check-in and check-out session. In fact, one of the male staff speaks really good English so language isn't even a barrier for us whenever we are there. Would strongly recommend to stay here if you have travelling to Bangkok!

Nice stay!
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was ok in the room except not very sound proof. Location was great as well. Was also pleasantly surprise that there was complimentary dessert served when we check out too. :)

It is an older hotel. That is renovated on the outside and partially on the inside. My stay was good. It is clsoe the many amenites e.g bus stations, train stations, Pratunam night market.

Location ok...walking distance to pratunam morning market (within 3 mins) but to platinum fashion mall need 10mins.. Hotel within 2 mins hv foot massage & 7-11. C/in day aircond not function well after report next day send staff for checking and service..prompt action Hotel breakfast simple and every day was same But coffee was nice..if you just look for a cup of coffee with bread then is ok..otherwise suggest book for room only.

Overall is a ok hotel. Room is fine, basic and clean!. The only problem is the pillow is too soft and flat. Their aircond in certain room is facing the bed which caused unable to have a good sleep.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel within 4 months. A great disappointment to know upon arrival that hotel has changed their breakfast menu, removing Sunnyside up eggs, sausages, salad and daily main dish effective Sept 2018. Not knowing about the change, my booking was purchased with breakfast inclusive and it was cumbersome to go through the cancelation and refund through Expedia, however hotel gave us cash refund out of their own pocket first which was extremely very nice of them. Overall, the room was still as clean as my previous stay. Bed is very soft and comfy. Beware that the lane leading from the main road to the hotel is rather congested so be prepared to look out for 2 way vehicles when you are walking. Nearby there are many massage parlours for selection and Pratunum Shopping Mall, City Complex & many others. With the quality, location and value added rate that one is paying, I will still select this hotel for my next trip.

Dishonest hotel: DO NOT BOOK WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Paid around 700 baht extra for 5 days for their “continental” breakfast but was instead forced to be refunded 150 baht for my 5 night’s stay because of “breakfast menu change”. There’s no other option besides signing their refund form. I looked at the staff and she looked at me, and I couldn’t check in until i signed. Apparently the option is still available on Expedia. After calculation, it seems we were paying 110 baht a day for toast and jam. You can easily head outside to get 40 baht noodles with hot soup. WiFi: We were lucky we were on unlimited data. The WiFi was super slow, and sometimes unable to connect to it. Better off using our data. Lousy rooms: Bed was noisy, when you move around the bed, it squeaks. TV box was taped to the wall and kept popping out because the tape was not sticking anymore. Toilet and shower were clean. Lobby: Exiting your room going down to the lobby, you’d smell a strong stench coming from the level 1 toilet. This is especially strong at night. Lights are off in the lobby at night, probably to make you head straight to your rooms. Good location: Just outside the hotel is a taxi service charging around 400 baht to the airport. It cost us around 600 baht from the airport. Able to take it to places like Chatuchak Weekend Market as well. Walking distance (10-15 minutes) to Platinum Fashion Mall, Pantip Plaza, Pratunam Market, Palladium Mall/ Night Market,

1) Location - 20mins walk to BTS, APL, Central World and Big C. - 10mins walk to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall. - Fabulous choice of massage parlors. 2) Room - Small but cosy. - Good that the toilet, basin and shower area is separated. - Limited TV channels with bad reception. - Aircon not very strong. 3) Limited breakfast buffet spread but adequate.

Great Hotel for couples
Overall experience to Metz hotel is very good. short walking distance to 7-11, and not far away from Pratunam market or Platinum mall. Massage center is all around this area.

A nicely located hotel
The staff were nice and they even let us check in early. They cleaned our rooms daily and the location of the hotel is good. Close to many night markets and Platinum Mall. Breakfast was ok. Gets boring after awhile because they serve almost the same dishes. TV had only one channel with no English subs but really, it is still ultimately a very comfortable hotel.
