Very friendly staff, a very clean and comfortable room and in a convenient location close to everything in the Sukhumvit area. This is my 8th visit to this hotel since 2016 and that history should tell the story. Highly recommended for any traveller.

Your Basic Accomodation
If you’re looking for basic accommodation with no frills, this is the place for you. It’s clean, comfortable enough for a good night’s rest and the price is extremely reasonable. Housekeeping did an amazing job and the dipping pool was also an added bonus to soak in it especially with the heat. I would say however, that the amenities definitely need some improvements. My shower head was a little spoilt which meant that the water pressure was a little weak and because I was on a lower level, the mosquitos had a feast. On top of that, I had extremely disruptive neighbors that were arguing and shouting at 1am in the morning (a factor that could not have been controlled by the hotel but it was otherwise unpleasant). All in all, I would only come back if I needed somewhere that is low cost and literally just a place to sleep.

22 in name confusing
Good to find a hotel catering for more than two people without paying too much. While not in Sukhumvit Soi 22 the location was still good. WiFi was spasmodic but reception fixed it when we complained so service was good.

A very clean and very comfortable hotel with great staff. Close to busy places but set quietly back a few sois away from the bustle.. Foodland is close. Lots of restaurants and amenities are just a stroll. Highly recommended and I have stayed six times now. Consistently good value and good service always!

Nice serviced studio in quiet aerea close to shops
Nice studio with very good service in a quiet aerea, but close to amenities, shops and transportation. Friendly staff and good security. The studio has a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It's serviced, so beds are made, towels and toiletries are provided and daily cleaning is included. I enjoyed my 3 weeks stay

I have been to Bkk living in a different hotel each time for the past 15 years. And Like Sukhumvit 22 has the worst staff and service despite the high atings (could be fake) by Agoda & Expedia. There’s no staff at the reception after 10pm. Cable TV not working, no towels when i came in after 10pm as the guard shouts at you saying it’s not his responsibility. Had to call the manager on his mobile to ask for towels. Bad location and basic amenities a far walk. All pls take my advice, never choose this hotel for your stay.

Comfortable apartment
Quite a walking distance from apartment to Asok BTS. Around 15-20mins walk. There are some cafes nearby the apartment. Most of the time we will take Grab car out which cost around 100baht per trip. Room is clean and beds are pretty comfortable. On our second and third nights, the water pump malfunctioned and there was no warm shower. Other than this, overall stay is satisfactory.

I have stayed in Bangkok many times, and this hotel, probably the worse,. The hotel is far away from the main Sukhumvit road, have to get a motorcycle taxi every time you leave the hotel. Rooms very small, shower, poor, and very noisy in night with people partying and blasting music. Overall a poor hotel.

Nice hotel,close to everything in sukhumvit area
We choose this hotel because it is 300 meters from Yokkao Muay Thai camp where we trained but latter we found out that is very close to everything important in this area.Shopping mall Terminal 21 is only 10 min walk which is faster than taxi because of trafic jam.Lumpinee park is 10 min with tuk tuk.Emporium shopping mall is 2 stations away with BTS. Hotel rooms are pretty good,nice and clean.Staff is good and helpfull.

Clean and Quiet Apartment
We've stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3 guests) and can highly recommend these serviced apartments. The place is simple, yet bright and clean and has all the necessities (ACs, kitchenette with convection stove top (2 burners), sink, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, minimum cutlery/crockery, washing machine, 2 TVs (master bedroom & living room); 2 bedrooms (master with a large double bed and ensuite with a bath and a shower over it, 2nd bedroom with a single bed, 2nd bathroom with a walk-in shower, plenty of cupboards, wardrobes have a bunch of hangers, iron and ironing board are available upon request from the reception desk). Can't say that the rooms are extremely spacious, but when in Bangkok you probably won't be spending much time in them anyway and they were big enough for us. Staff is lovely, quick and easy check-in/ check-out. Pool and gym... well, pool is tiny, more like a large plunge pool, which we haven't used at all. As for the gym, it's actually just a nook with a bicycle and a treadmill (that's it, literally). There's are a few places to eat around the apartment building, all within easy walking reach, 7/11 is just down the road, so as a pharmacy. Will certainly recommend these serviced apartments to our friends and family, definitely value for money for what you get including the location!

dont waste your money here ! stayed 3 nites. room was cleaned when we arrived. had to ask next day to clean room. come back expecting it to be cleaned but all they did was pull the doona cover over bed. no clean towels or toilet paper. aaked for clean room next day and they did the same thing absolute joke -NEVER AGAIN !!

Spacious apart hotel
Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Overall the experience was good except the first night. When i checked in , it was already 10pm. Upon checking in, i saw the wooden tiles on the floor is uneven. It is dangerous as i have young kids with me and it might cut their feet and the bathroom door in the living room was unable to close. After complaining the next morning, Katrina moved me to another room. It was a quiet area (good to rest) but it was far from convenient store. About 15 mins walk.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly.
This was my second stay at Like 16, and I am booked in for another one - which is a fair indication of its quality..The staff really do care for their clients and it really is a home away from home. The surrounds are quiet and well away from noisy Sukhumvit proper. Plenty of taxis call by (ask for the meter on). Allow an hour by transport to the airport or catch the train at Asok. The traffic density can blow-out airport travel times considerably though. Beware the high volume of traffic when planning adventures anywhere. Get a little torch for night walking through the sois which are narrow and winding. There are oodles of shops along Sukhumvit Road, from cheap to expensive, from fake to the top of the range. The Thai people are calm and very pleasant. Be polite and smile, even if things are not going to plan :) Polite bargaining is acceptable.

Nice hotel but quite far from main town
The hotel quite nice and comfortable. The only thing is its quite far from main road. Need to walk about 25minutes to the nearest BTS station and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station. Overall the hotel still very good and the staff very helpful plus friendly. Will recommend to friend.

Soi 16 a bit far from m.r.t.
First we could not find the hotel the taxi driver told us to get out has he could not find it the soi address was wrong hotel was nice but not close to the mrt as we thought we tried to call hotel but phone number was wrong. The swimming pool access was very dangerous and no way to put anything when you go to the pool and no shower room was nice hotel reception was very helpful.had to get bike to go to m.r.t. no 7-Eleven close by

Comfortable Apartment
The apartment is fairly new . We stayed in a two bedroom apatment which had plenty of room including two bath rooms a small kitchen and a washing machine.Staff were pleasant but not very helpful when looking for assistance to catch taxi.Pool is quite small but quite refreshing.It is a 7 to 10 minute walk to the underground which connects you to many of the tourist sites.

Spacious & fully air-conditioned but deep inside.
Location is a little deep inside to walk from the skytrain station or MRT. Busy with cars in the day to walk with narrow foot path. Can be a little scarry at night if you're not used to it. But taxis and motorcycle taxis are abundances. We use grabcar most of the time there. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Was spacious for the 3 of us. Fully air-conditioned. The unit was generally clean but we found pieces of noodles on the floor of the dining area when we checked in. Housekeeping could improve a little. There was a stove but no pans. We only used the microwave provided. We didnt plan to cook anyway so it was ok for us. There was a safe in the room but it was faulty. I was given the keys to the safe instead of just keying in the numbers to lock. Another thing i had to make sure i didnt loose. Staffs were friendly and helpful. But there will be no reception at night. Only security guard. Our return flight was in the evening so were able to make a late check out at a cheap cost. Overall a wonderful stay.

It's a small service apartment
Not a hotel. A basic service apartment located in the innermost part of Sukhumvit 16. The staff were helpful despite its limitations. Room was not ready for over 2 hours during arrival day. Will be fine for those just seeking a room to sleep on for a few hours.
