Room and property were clean and appointed with the basics. The pool was great - it was heated, clean and quite large.

Most importantly, the beds were not comfortable. They were very high off the floor and worse, they were much too soft. I wound up sleeping in the arm chair much of the night. The hotel said they had newspapers, but that was untrue. The clerk at the desk told my husband USA Today was no longer publishing, also untrue. A poor visit. In fact, on our next trip to Ashland, we will seek other lodging even though we have stayed in this establishment for many years under all the owners. So disappointed!

This stay was absolutely amazing! Staff was warm and welcoming, love that the pool is 24/7. Thats fantastic. Breakfast was also amazing. Really amazing selections! We will stay again! The price was great for the quality we received!

The bed was very hard. Gave me a back ache. The fridge did not work properly. Kept getting cold then stopped. The room was good. The staff was nice. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The pool and hot tub looked nice but did not use it. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt, cereals, granola bars and coffee and juice. Would have been nice to have some water for those who dont drink cofee or juice.

The accessible room we booked here was actually accessible. We have had other "accessible" rooms we booked at other motels that were not accessible at all. One even wanted the handicapped person to climb a flight of stairs to get to the room we booked as accessible! Our room here was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. We will return to this motel if our travels bring us back to the area.

good reason for price option on highway 5 in Ashland. decent breakfast in the morning, even as an indoor hot tub and pool. a safe, easy option if you're on the highway 5 or just visiting the area.

I was surprised to find a very, very nice indoor pool in which I was able to do laps for 50 minutes. What a treat!! Perfecgt water and temperature.

Expedia advertises this hotel as having an EV charger at the property. That is why I booked it (I drive an EV). In fact, the hotel does not have an EV charger, has not had one in years, and there are no off-site EV chargers within walking distance of the hotel. They told me they have no control over what Expedia says about them. I had to change plans and stay at a different hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our tv wouldn’t work and she came right up to fix. The only other issue was bathroom light wouldn’t turn off. Just closed the door so light didn’t disturb our sleep.

Our bathroom in room 225 was extremely dirty. We lifted the toilet seat and there were stains that looked like diarrhea. The shower head was completely grimy and the bar where the curtain for showering is held up was so unstable and it didn’t feel safe to put our towels there. I took pictures of everything. I am completely dissatisfied with my stay here.
