The place is old. The kitchen did not have any knife.the floor was dirty . I cleaned it twice when we arrived there. The washroom is good. Easy check in. Noisy

EXTREMELY disappointed with this stay. Communication from staff via the phone was ok, but that is where the positive things end. Door could not be closed properly. The window was permanently locked into a partially open position, which allowed excessive noise to come in. And the noise from other apartments? My goodness. I had the worst sleep of my life staying in this place. I would give a zero star review if I could, and would also demand a refund. I rented this hotel for around 12 hours as I needed some sleep after arriving from an internationally flight. From the moment I arrived I realised I was not going to get much sleep but I tried anyway. Doors were being slammed all night, thumping footsteps from above, and either side. It was terrible and I strongly urge anyone who doesn’t sleep with earplugs in to not stay here. Terrible place.

It was clean and close to the city to walk. A couple light globes need replacing, and a thicker quilt or some blankets would have been nice on the bed

Renovation needed.
Don't be fooled by the pics. This is not a good stay. Old and very tired. Not dirty but not clean. Location is great and price wise you get what you pay for. Not recommended by me.

Great position, needs a bit of an upgrade, stairs were a task with luggage and young child, not enough utensils for people booked in. Had to call reception after book in time as code had not been sent

The only positive aspect was the location. It was very noisy, people were constantly smoking outside and the smoke came through the kitchen window, which couldn’t be closed. The heater didn’t work well and it was very cold. The carpets were so filthy, our feet were black after walking on it for just half an hour. We found living and dead cockroaches on the day we left. When checking under the beds before we left to make sure we didn’t forget anything, we found things from previous guests including a dirty towel and a broken glass. The walls are thin and it was very noisy at night.

We agree, you should be warm & comfortable. We have our carpets on a professional clean schedule, we have move this apartment forward and have completed this. Stayed for 2 nights Couldn’t shower the whole time because the sign said steam may cause the fire detector to go off and there will be an $800 fine! Didn’t want to risk that. Bad area. Outside our room we could hear fights and screaming and car alarms going off due to cars getting damaged - we were up all night checking on our car Bad musty smell in room. Cupboards missing drawers. You could hear everyone else showering or going to the bathroom. Never felt safe. Never felt comfortable. Will never return.

We ask that you shower with the door closed to avoid smoke detectors going off, giving notices that they also go off with steam. Simply shutting the door addresses this. We send out an SMS on your arrival with our 24 hour reception line. You can call us 24 hours to explain house rules, speak with a Manager or address any noise, concerns or anything. We have security patrols and onsite caretaker living onsite. We recommend calling us so we have the chance to make you comfortable whilst you are with us. Inexpensive, good location for me as visitor to Arts Festival. Basic amenities, kitchen and bathroom ok, very clean and appreciated towel replacement after a few days stay. For two persons the second bed in the living room was not so great. Was unable to find two bedroom accommodation at Greenways.

The only thing is that the cleaning crew was very nice and friendly. The carpet is very dirty and the beds are very uncomfortable. The furniture does not match. Like from the Second Hand shop. The picture shown on the booking sides is a hoax. Bathroom and kitchen werde ok. Reception no avaible. We did. not See any contact person during our stay. We did. not feel well.
