Great location close to town centre, restaurants and shops. 10 min walk to nearest cable car. Top tip - Hire a ski locker at the ski shop opposite the cable car. Staff were super friendly. Bar tender guy really looked after us, couldn't do enough!

My stay at this hotel was definitely very satisfied. The staff from the front desk to restaurant and the bar are all so helpful and friendly. I hurt my knee from ski the day before I checked out , the hotel staff provided me extra care and help ( many thanks to the gentleman from the bar for your pain relief cream it helps !) . The room is clean with a lovely balcony and spacious bathroom with strong and hot water , the heating in the room works well too . Not to mention the location is perfect for me as I am a non-driving solo traveller , the hotel is in the middle from the bus station / cable car to the mountain / Main Street with the shops and restaurants so it’s so convenient. Definitely will stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends who is coming to Courmayeur.

The hotel is well located for skiers, very close to the main lft and the main street. The room was very small. The food was poor. Breakfast was normal. The service was great.

Really helpful and friendly service from everyone in the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Really well located for town and lifts.

The smallest room we ever stayed in, be carefull.
One of the best on site easy parking we ever had...sadly this is where everything good stopped and we got the smallest and darkest ever room in a 4 star hotel, ever! Bathroom was almost the size of the room and from our window we could see some kind of exhaust venting. There were no tee or coffee facilities in the room, breakfast was also very ...very limited having to ask for every slice of bread or food. There was ferocious arguments in the kitchen overflowing into the restaurant for guests to hear. All in all this stay was dissapointing for the price we paid, it had a rushed and impersonal feelling to it and would not do it again even if the room was offered for free. Do not book until you see your room, best advice I can give.

Clean and courteous. Perfect location only 200m walk to the gondola station and same to the pedestrian town centre. Only positive comments . Ok, we arrived just after a major snow dump followed by days of sunny empty pistes today ourselves. That clearly set the tone for our ski break holiday.

Lovely stay, such friendly service. Breakfast was very nice and they were very happy to provide gluten free items. The barman and reception ladies were really helpful, a very nice experience. The only negative is that you have to constantly sign in to use the wifi, they can easily re-configure this.

Perfect location, super close to the pedestrianised part of town with the gorgeous shops, bars and restaurants and barely 5 minutes to the cable car. The hotel staff were all fabulous but a special shout out must go to the bar man Pietro who was truly wonderful. He looked after us, forever inventing/adopting cocktails to suit each member of our family and providing us with snacks.

First Class Service from start to finish
I can not recommend Cresta et Duc more strongly to all travelers. Close to the lifts, great and varied breakfast, the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you for making us fee so welcome.

Amazing hotel
My family and I had a fabulous stay . The staff are friendly and helpful . Our rooms were superb . The breakfast on offer is everything you would expect from a four star hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend cresta et duc and indeed cannot wait to return . The location is also perfect for the town and slopes alike

Very friendly staff and the hotel is well located. The room was clean and comfortable, not nery big but OK (could perhaps do with better pillows). We were B&B only, breakfast was quite good but could benefit from a bit more variety from day to day.

We were welcomed with the good news that, despite having booked a Standard room, we would be upgraded to a Superior room. Great start! We had a lovely room with a balcony at the front of the hotel. The bar and lounge areas were well presented and comfortable. A varied selection of food was on offer at breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay in August 2014. The room for our family of four was on the small side, but had a nice view, balcony, and enough storage space. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient to the pedestrian shopping and dining area. While there is free parking on site, it is fairly limited and you may need to park in the street.

Make sure you get what you book
I booked a double room for single occupancy via Expedia. But when I checked in, I was given a single room. when I questioned this the lady on reception told me that the hotel was full and that this was the instruction sent from Expedia (ie a single room). I produced my confirmation that showed a booking for a double room - but they were unwilling to do ANYTHING (either move me or offer any form of compensation). No attempt at any form of goodwill gesture. I was merely another passing tourist!!

Excellent hotel for a family skiing holiday
A very comfortable hotel, superbly located for skiing, restaurants and shops. Very clean and nice accommodation with good sized family rooms just big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Good restaurant serving excellent breakfast and nice bar for afternoon tea or drinks. Spa is a bonus.

Great position for the slopes..
It was ideally placed for skiing, only a few minutes walk to the gondola, which was fantastic, and also right next to the main shopping area. Our room was a little small, described as a family room, however I am glad we were three adults and not a family with two children as it would have been very cramped, literally only space for the beds..The bathroom however was a great size with a bath/shower perfect after skiing. Breakfast was very adequate, and overall we were very pleased with the hotel and staff.

Great for ski vacation; walk to main lift. disappointed that jacuzzi is in basement but very nice with sauna, steambath also. Great bartender. Great breakfast buffet. Fantastic Christmas dinner. Good value for the price.

Great location, very handy for cable car
Excellent hotel although the bar lacked atmosphere but in fairness this may have been due to the quiet time of year. Comfortable clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Great place to stay with only a short walk to the cable car and a very short walk to Via Roma! We had a really good trip and would recommend this hotel, the only downside is, if you're looking for a lively nightlife, there is a destinct lack of pubs etc in the village. Maybe January is just their really quiet time.

Courmayeur - Will go again!
What a fantastic hotel!! Unfortunately I was only staying for three nights so didnt get chance to visit the spa and relax, however what I did experience in the hotel was absolutely faultless. My room was excellent, nice and quiet black out curtains, comfortable bed, very pleasant bathroom and plently of space. Modern but understated fittings, clean crisp bedding!! What more could you want for a good nights sleep. Then the skiing, the reason I stayed here. It is two minutes walk from the cable car. The only slight issue I had was that they tried to charge me for two bottles of water from the rooms mini bar, when in fact I had brought them into the hotel myself and the hotel went from what was in the bin. After I explained this the water was removed from my bill. Hopefully you wont all rush there as I want to go back next year and I dont want it to be fully booked! Yes I will return!
