Great location as I attended an event at the exhibition centre. There was a food court next door for multiple dining options, however there were not very many tourist spots to walk to. The train is only a 5-10 min walk away and I also used the bus, so all in all, a lovely hotel to finish my stay in Taipei.

Nice clean hotel with good employees.
We stay at The Place in Tainan for our wedding wish was incredible and The Place in Taipei was just as nice. Good employees and nice location. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean, well-designed new business hotel close to the Nangang convention/event center and transportation. No desk or desk chair in the room, and virtually no food service beyond a very ordinary breakfast, although there are plentiful restaurants in the shopping center next to the hotel.

Check-in: can choose to do e-check in or go to the counter for assistance. pretty fast Staffs Services: very friendly & helpful. request for a harder pillow in the night, and they bring it up to my room in less than 10 mins. Rooms: pretty big & spacious. it is also bright unlike some hotel rooms that were very dull and dim. very lively. Love it! Bed is also comfortable. Toilet: very decent size where they separate the wet shower and dry area. shower area glass door and also nicely sealed when closed so no water flows out into the dry area. love it. lighting in the toilet is also good, great for make-up. Breakfast: apart from the very chaotic 2nd day where a lot of guests do not have seats, the breakfasts were great! even though i didnt get to eat my breakfast on 2nd day because of the long queue and very packed breakfast area, they are helpful to pack breakfast for me to take away since i need to rush for exhibition. Location: very near Nangang exhibition center (approx 10mins walk), so if you are there for exhibition, this is a MUST stay. is also very near to the train station for you to move around. Apart from that, there isnt much to shop / explore around.

This is the best hotel I have encountered i Taipei by far. The entire experience is comfortable, and breakfast spread is much better compared to those hotels I have ever stated! Well done 'The Place'!

Prime location right next to the brown line MRT station and just minutes of walking distance away from the blue line MRT station. The hotel itself is very clean and stylish with a boutique hotel kind of ambience.

日本で言えば、お台場や有明、横浜みなとみらいのような場所。便利で清潔、交通の便も良いが、｢台湾らしさ｣を求める人には物足りないかも。庶民が暮らす雰囲気はゼロ。施設やサービスは満点以上です！
