This was a very cute hotel in the centro. Amazing, valet parking, hot tub pool on the rooftop. I wish I stayed her from the beginning.

Great location and clean bedrooms. However, they have a very limited breakfast option, including hot coffee. The bar was never opened, we had to go next door to “La Doña.” It seems like they have limited staff.

The staff at Madi are very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is quite nice as well. The rainfall showers are a highlight. I've heard others complain about the size of the standard rooms but I thought they were plenty large enough. There is a very nice rooftop with a great view. Also had the chilaquiles for breakfast which were delicious.

Overall really enjoyed the property. Beautiful and stylist room, amazing walkable location, great rooftop terrace and pool. However, communication about a few details could be improved by staff such as how much parking cost per day, pool hours as well what was included in stay. Check out time also varied at the placard at front desk and on Expedia reservation which was unfortunate. That being said, if these were to improve I would happily stay here again. It was quiet, felt safe and I loved the rooftop terrace and heated pool. Linens were very nice as well.

Except for the fact that I forgot to bring my swim suit we quite enjoyed our stay at Hotel Madi. It’s new and modern and architecturally interesting, the staff are extremely helpful, the location is quite convenient.

The room had no windows and was small which felt like prison but otherwise the room space was adequate for a two day stay. The hotel manager lacked in her understanding of the word hospitality. She was rude and condescending. She was not helpful or accommodating in any way, and was the tipping point that shifted our experience into a negative one. Great location.

The property was lovely and clean. I even got a massage and it was super relaxing. It is walking distance to pretty much everything you'd want to see in San Miguel. But I got to say, the highlight was the staff! They were always incredibly helpful! They immediately took our bags when we walked in and carried them to our room. There was always someone there to answer any questions or help us with something. Checking in and out was a breeze! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Great staff and property! Staff was super friendly. Miguel Angel would always help us carry our bags filled with items we would purchase throughout the day. Just a walk away from the center. I will be staying here on our next visit!

Perfect location from El Jardin and all festivities. Miguel and front counter ladies were excellent with us. Even rooftop bar with pool was nice and relaxing. Good view from above.

Very nice staff. Attentive. Our only complaint was the lack of food options. And we had coffee in the am brought to our room and it was cold and watery. Other than that it was great.

The property has an excellent location and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The downside is that it’s noisy and the room we stayed in was a very tight fit. I was unpleasantly surprised that they charged us for using the coffee machine in the room. I’ve never been charged for in room coffee at any hotel ever.

The roof and view are great. However, they have no food service outside of breakfest. And oh aren’t allowed to consume outside food in lobby or pool area. This makes enjoying time by the pool difficult for anything but a short time. And since the rooms are so tiny and only have one chair you can’t even enjoy snacks in your room. The staff are super friendly and we loved the gestures and kindness. But disappointed can’t even explain the room. It was a ground floor interior room. So the only window opened to hallway. With a thin shade that allowed every moment in our room to be seen. This was very problematic at night as the entire courtyard was illuminated thanks to central statue. As the one shade was far from a blackout shade. Meaning we had a bright room without even turning on our light

It was clean. 2nd night at 3am water came through the ceiling and light fixtures. I was moved to another room. Next morning had a shower and the shoer drain was plugged and flooded out the bathroom and the bedroom. Took me 1/2 hour to clean it up. This was compounded as no one spoke English. No one ever came to talk to me about it. 3 days in a row the door fob did not work so had to go to front desk for a new one

Tje property was very clean, my only complaint were the ladies at the front desk, they had not desire to assist or help, they never smiled and were very uninformed of the amenities in the property. We arrived early around noon and were told to come back at 3pm for check in, I asked if maybe they thought the room will be ready before and with a very stern look she just repeated "check in is at 3pm". Luis was the only gracious person at the hotel.

The hotel is a boutique hotel and it is quaint, safe and in a great location. No real eye catching amenities. Very expensive for a Thursday-Saturday stay. I thought way over-priced.
