It was hot in my room the only thing working with the ceiling fan I went to the desk and they told me that they already shut the AC system off because it was off season controlling how a customer feels in the room I don't think it's cool

I had to resign from travels to Italy due to very bad weather conditions and flood in Emilia-Romania. Hotel rejected my cancellation, saying that I can't get any refunds back and Rimini wasn't demaged at that time. However, none of the trains worked between airport and Rimini. They didn't care about my and my kids safety. Under this special circumstances they should at least accept 50% of refund. I was very disappointed.

Dear Magda,we are really tired of the constant negative reviews you send just because we didn't grant you the free cancellation. We have tried to communicate with you but without success. You have booked a stay with arrival a week after the flood, which we repeat did not affect Rimini in any way. We explained to you that it was absolutely safe to come to us, that the roads were open and that the sun was shining on Rimini. In the hotel there were and are other guests with children who are enjoying the beach. Your flight hasn't even been cancelled. We are not people who would put a family with children at risk, but there was no prerequisite for a refund. Please stop sending these types of messages because we repeat RIMINI HAS NOT BEEN FLOODED AND THERE IS NO RISK.

Direct access to beach!!! Receptionist said that she calls restaurant to book table for us. She obviously did not do it and we had to walk off again and find another restaurant. -

Beim Check in wurde ich freundlich bedient. Als ich auf dem Zimmer war, wäre ich am liebsten wieder gegangen. Die Wc Schüssel hatte noch Spuren vom Vorgänger, in der Dusche lagen 2 dunkle Haare und insgesamt war alles sehr klein. Beim Gesichtwaschen am Waschbecken muss man aufpassen, dass nicht alles überflutet wird, weil es einfach so klein ist. Ich war auf der Durchreise und deshalb nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Dafür war es auszuhalten aber länger würde ich auf keinen Fall bleiben wollen. Wirklich schade dass auf die Sauberkeit im Zimmer kein Wert gelegt wurde. Nichtmal Oberflächlich war die Toilette geputzt…

Speravo meglio. È stato ristrutturato da poco ma potevano fare di meglio. L'aria condizionata è posizionata sul letto e funziona parzialmente. Per specchiarsi bisogna sedersi. La vista mare è inficiata da un parapetto molto alto e in cemento pieno. Aspetto positivo la stampa era ampia e il bagno senza soprese come in altri alberghi della zona. Colazione abbondante ma senza squilli.

Very nice hotel
The location is excellent! It’s 5 min walk from the train, and there’s an exit right on to the beach. The breakfast was great with many options. We were super happy with the hotel, only downside is that the walls are so thin and you can hear everything, and that made some problems with our neighbors… Would recommend the hotel though 👍

Posizione eccellente, buona colazione e personale gentilissimo. Gli infissi isolano abbastanza bene e assorbono il chiasso della strada. Il letto potrebbe essere più comodo.

Ottima struttura, camere pulite e nuove, anche se la mia era un po' piccola per 3 persone. Ottimo buffet di colazione con anche frutta fresca tagliata. Peccato che la location non consente di parcheggiare vicino (isola pedonale), anche se è possibile arrivare in hotel con l'auto per scaricare i bagagli, comunicando la targa alla reception.

La singola al 4 piano è sprovvista di ascensore che arriva fino al terzo, la camera è molto piccola (la valigia si è costretti a mettere per terra non avendo nessun mobile o sedia per appoggiarla), il bagno è sprovvisto di bidè. Nel complesso le condizioni dell'albergo son abbastanza buone e la colazione è ottima

Franchement une belle surprise. Pour un prix plus que démocratique, un hôtel bien situé, confortable, propre. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le personnel sympathique et a l'écoute. Je conseille fortement!

Tranquillo soggiorno anche dovuto al fuori stagione. Vista mare, al Nautic , inizi la giornata con la passeggiata profumata nei corridoi che portano allla sala colazione ( salata e dolce). Ambiente rinnovato al suo interno con i servizi base . Parcheggio in loco assente ma disponibile con fortuna nelle vicinanze. Non ho visto attrezzature per disabili ma forse disponibili. Soggiorno distinto .

Struttura carina e in posizione ottima, buona e varia colazione, stanza pulita con un bel bagno, tv moderno e grande, vista mare. Presente in stanza macchina del caffe (purtroppo senza capsule) e bollitore con bustine di te. Nota negativa i materassi decisamente scomodi e molto caldo anche a condizionatore spento. Impossibile trovare parcheggio nei pressi della struttura

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Es liegt direkt am Strand und am Abend ist man sofort im Getümmel. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß aber ausreichend. Handtuchhalter fehlen. Das Frühstück war gut aber es könnte etwas vielseitiger sein und auch von der Uhrzeit länger angeboten werden.

Hôtel très bien situé au bord de la plage, à quelques kilomètres du centre de Rimini, du coup peut être plus calme pour les familles avec enfants. L’équipement et les chambres de l’hôtel sont corrects. Mentions spéciales au staff particulièrement sympathique ainsi qu’au petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. En résumé, très bon hôtel avec ambiance et environnement « familiaux ».
