Short family break in Palermo
Very enjoyable stay the hotel was very clean and quiet and the family room is large, The owners arranged for gluten free breakfast food for one of our party. We arrived late at night and the owner made special arrangements for us to get into the hotel and room. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to the majority of all tourist areas and majority of restaurants and was only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Overall the stay was very good and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is a genuine oasis
This hotel is a genuine oasis in a chaotic city. Taking breakfast in the courtyard, you could easily forget you're in the middle of what many travellers would consider a slum. Most of the the staff are friendly and helpful. Don't even think about leaving a car on the street overnight.

Más que correcto.
Hotel correcto, limpio, habitaciones amplias, a un paso del centro siendo esto lo mejor. Personal amable y atento. Zona regular, desayuno excesivamente justo pero nosotros no necesitamos más, habitaciones poco aisladas acusticamente aunque aquí más bien fue por el resto de los huéspedes con un poco de respeto por los demás si los huéspedes a las 8am no hablasen como si estuviesen sordos o no dieran portazos y golpes con civismo hubiera estado bien. A pesar de los contras, los pros hacen que no dude en repetir la próxima vez. Un 10 a los anfitriones que nos guardaron las maletas hasta nuestra hora de partir, gracias.

Hôtel présentant la cordialité italienne
En plein centre-ville de Palerme, dans une rue trafiquée de voitures, comme dans une oasis, on rencontre l’hôtel D’ORLEANS qui prend son nom du parc tout près. L’entrée est dans un grand patio rempli de différentes plantes, des bananiers géants et de fleurs. À l’intérieur, au couvert, entouré de plantes, on y trouve des tables et des chaises où pouvoir prendre son petit-déjeuner. Tout autour, de petites résidences complètes de cuisine, de frigo, de four et d’accessoires pour s’y préparer des repas. L’accueil des gérants est fort sympa. Leur disponibilité fait sentir sa clientèle à l’aise. Toute l’ambiance de cet hôtel est très agréable.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il palazzo dei Normanni e il centro sotrico, oltre che una delle principali fermate di autobus cittadine. Personale gentile e disponibile, camera confortevole e pulita. In estate, piacevole fare colazione nel giardinetto restrostante l'hotel.

Bel hôtel dans rue un peu glauque
Hotel agréable et bien tenu très proche du palais normand mais située dans une rue assez glauque où il faut faire attention de ne pas se faire couper en deux par une voiture.

寝るだけのホテル
まず場所がわかりずらい。ホテルスタッフは英語が通じないし、感じが悪いという事はありませんが、最低限のことしかしません。安く一晩過ごすだけならいいかも知れません。

Quando siamo arrivati nn abbiamo trovato le condizioni che ci aspettavamo,ci hanno rifilato una camera per disabili dalle condizioni discutibili,dopo esserci lamentati nn avevano camere a disposizione quindi abbiamo avuto parole prima che ce la cambiassero, le condizioni e la pulizia della camera lasciavano a desiderare. Servizio inesistente, il personale si vedeva giusto al mattino per le colazioni,una vera delusione.

Bra utgångspunkt för att utforska Palermo
Besökte Palermo under en semesterresa på Sicilien. Familjen består av 2 föräldrar och 2 stora barn (17+22 år). Vi fick ett stort trebäddsrum med en extra säng. Något trångt men fungerade perfekt med fyra resvana personer. Hotellet är litet och enkelt men fyller alla krav man kan ha om man inte tänker sitta på rummet under hela resan. Rena rum, sköna sängar, fräscht badrum och en mycket italiensk frukostbuffé. WiFi löser alla basala krav men har inte kapacitet för att streama film, finns även kabel-TV men i stort sett alla kanaler är dubbade på italienska. Det är lätt att hitta p-plats i grannskapet, men det går inte att parkera direkt utanför hotellet.

Wir waren dort in 2 Zimmern jeweils eine Nacht. In der ersten Nacht frassen uns die Gelsen (1. Stock) auf. Es gab zwar einen Gelsenstecker - der war leer. Die Rezeption war nach 15:00 UHR nicht mehr besetzt uns selbst wenn jemand da war, war er/sie desinteressiert. In der zweiten Nacht, hatten wir ein Zimmer in EG. Der Gelsenstecker war befüllt, doch fanden wir auch einen anderen Stecker: "Elektrostatic Anti-Cockroach Device" ! Der Gelsenstecker hat funktioniert - das typische Sirren war nicht zu hörten. Dafür waren wir am nächsten Tag übersäht mit roten Pusteln, welche typisch für Bettwanzen sind. Ein uns zugesagter Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war kärglich. Fussböden und Badezimmer schmutzig. Echter Dreck unter dem Bett.

never book up!!!
staff at front desk goes home after 10pm. it means that you can not check in if you arrive after 10pm. you will get lost in the middle of slum area in palermo. can you imagine? the walls are too shallow. we couln't sleep at all due to amazing noise. even when somebody carries rolling bag in the corrior, i felt like big cram running very next to me. don't even think of booking!!!

Hôtel très bien à tous les niveaux. Mais je trouve très dommage vu le prix de l'hôtel que le wifi ne soit pas compris dans le prix!!! Ils demandent 3€ pour 20 minutes... le tarifs est excessif!!

Wonderful stay for the price.
The gentleman at the front desk was most helpful and kind. I arrived very early at around 10 am and they hurried to get a room ready for me so I could rest. Molto gentile! Breakfast is served in a very calm and peaceful courtyard away from the hustle and bustle of Palermo which you meet as soon as you walk a few blocks to the main road.

Hotel was nice, little and clean. Breakfast was ok and the staff was friendly. Hotel located on a bit rough area but it wasn´t problem and we knew it before we reserved the hotel. And we liked that hotel is ecological. Some criticism: -we had to wait person who checked us finally in about 1 hour

Il personale è estremamente gentile.
Il personale è estremamente gentile. La stanzia ampia, il bagno nuovo e grande, la colazione ottima. E' a pochi passi dall'Università, ma anche dal centro raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata. Il quartiere risente dell'atmosfera urbana palermitana, alquanto trascurato, ma nel complesso è sicuro.

Personnel très serviable, petit-déjeuner copieux et agréable en terrasse, lit confortable, et même si l'hôtel est un peu excentré on a ainsi bénéficié d'un grand calme, ce qui est bien appréciable pour une ville agitée comme Palerme. Mais à pied on était à 15 min de la gare centrale, à 5 min du métro Orléans (très appréciable en arrivant de l'aéroport: liaison directe!) et à 10 min du Palais des Normands, donc.... un peu de marche à pied, c'est pas plus mal! Très contents d'avoir choisi cet hôtel
